Hey been a while, So i've been looking into pathfinder and the path of war as well as the martial training feats and these 3 combinations caught my eye so objectively which would make more sense for a sacred fist?

Silver Crane makes the most sense thematically but broken blade and steel serpent have their perks too.

Well broken blade is great for damage. Note Strikes gives you +2 to damage rolls with discipline weapons, and plenty of BB has multiple attack strikes.
Silver Crane has great versatility with Healing and Protection for the party, and if you are going into a campaign with evil outsiders and or undead it is really strong all around.
Steel Serpent is kind of odd. It offers great sneaky options and grappling options as well as ability damage, but as a Unarmed character Im not sure you can benefit to much from the poison options. Probably the easiest one to shut down overall as well.

Of course, you can always pick up all 3 by using the Warpath Follower Martial Class Template. It isn't compatible with Sacred Fist, but will save you 6 feats and give you more options, and most of the stuff from Sacred Fist that is lost can be covered with a few feats or a dip into Monk.
Im really bad at what I do.
A+

This might be way too late (wow, this is a slow board) but that +2 to damage no longer applies as DSP has released official errata sometime after TC made his post:

Broken Blade is decent, but it really shines with Weapon Group Adaptation (which in this case you won't really have access to as you are using unarmed strikes).  That being said that's the pick of the three.  Steel Serpent is a bit lacking, it works best when you have access to sneak attack as well.  Silver Crane got changed all over, but it does affect incorporeal creatures as if they were corporeal without a ghost touch weapon so that might be worthwhile depending on your GM, or adventure path.

I'd say Broken Blade is first in most cases, Silver Crane is a close second (bumping up to first choice if you fight lots of incorporeal things), and Steel Serpent is not recommended in this particular case.

The board went down the night of the 10th - didn't come back until yesterday. No chance for a reply in all that time. So, less slow and more missing.

Ah, gotcha.  I missed that whole scenario.
