So, not much concluded in terms of major plots, they got Nagi back, but left out the details, and Negi's mess of a love life never got clearly resolved(other than Chachamaru getting regularly screwed). The side relationships get tied up somewhat. We'll see if Akamatsu intends to launch a sequel later I guess, theres plenty of room.

She tecnically never left hikki. She spent all summer in a fantasy world fooling around with computers.

Anyway, screw you, Akamatsu, for not having to balls to make a single clear conclusion or exaplanation in the end plus completely skiping the last boss fight

My money had always been in Asuna as to which girl got Negi. But meh, he clearly intends to keep milking this franchise, and he left more open plots that you can shake an artifact at to pursue if he wishes so in the future.

Hmm, pretty much. Mind you, the relation between the to main characters isn't as much brother-sister, but much more master-servant.  Machina is a cold , mercyless loli, and Deus serves her whitout questions.

Finé is an ancient priestess who was angry at God for tearing down the Tower of Babel, and encoded her personality into her DNA so that her descendants would become possessed by her and do world-changing stuff after being exposed to type of energy created when a small number of people sing near certain artefacts (despite this, apparently she's been awoken a lot).
