Here is a list of all the ardent powers from level 1 to 6 (to be comparable to Psi warrior I didn't include the 7-9 powers despite the fact ardents have 8th or 9th level powers by the time psychic warrior gets 6ths). After that there is the psychc warrior powers and finally a side by side showing which powers each has over the other.

As for stamina issue...isn't:
Link Power + Metapower: Link Power (Some level 1 power)
better to work with?

At +10 concentration bonus, (which seems easily archievable at level 3, with 6 ranks, +3 from constitution and +2 from masterwork tool), you can have all the level 1 power running outside of combat all day?

And they both remain very useful as you level up.

Once again thank you all for the reply's. The powers discussions kinda deep for my beginner Psion level

Anyone have advice on my builds? What one should I go with? Any tweaks needed?
That reminds me I forgot to add in the extra 2 PP Elans get. Im leaning towards the 'think tank' Ranged option, Id like to use the Dragonlance Minotaur just for flavor, but the Elan does make a better PW hands down I suppose...

Thoughts?

Meh, I'm not so convinced about the Elan. It's abilities are neat, but you're going to quickly burn through your power points if you rely on them much at all. Go with the minotaur, if you like it more. We can come up with some kind of Brutal Throw feat that scales with level, like the Tome combat feats do, which will help you get the most out of that strength.

Agreed. What about half-minotaur (from Dragon Mag) dwarf? Awesome Strength score, good Con, decent Wis, 1 LA.

We're not really using LA. For things that normally have a LA, I'll either let it go without it (if it is a weak to mediocre LA +1, etc), or assign it appropriate racial hit dice instead.
