Unarmed strike is a simple weapon and thus should already be covered by the Mystic Fencer.
Nothing stopping you from using TWF either, Arcana Fencing in particular benefits all your wielded blades simultaneously, not just one at a time, while the abilities that call for single attack also allow for a full attack in which case you could TWF to your heart's content.
