Very pedantic question: can a Soulmeld occupy the Totem Chakra? It's not given in the list on page 50 of Magic of Incarnum

Next incarnum question - I'm aware of the existence of the Mind's Eye Psionic Incarnum web enhancement. Are there any other sources of Incarnum content?

After checking guides, Dragon 350 page 86. (Roc and a couple other totemist melds.)  And that's about it.
DSP's Akashic system for Pathfinder is the same thing with the serial numbers filed off if you need moar.  Has a Wiki or two.

The MIC had more that the others combined

Considering you need MoI to even use Incarnum, if all the items are the same then that is entirely worthless, short of clogging up Magic Item Generation with equipment that the vast majority of characters cannot use.

Player's Guide to Eberron is just the setting info.  Mostly where to place the four Incarnum races, didn't think it was germane. 
What was in Faiths of Eberron?  I hadn't noticed anything.

There's a couple extras. The soulgem fairly springs to mind. I'm pretty sure there was a hat/helmet thing too but it was only really useful for soulborn (read: not useful.)
