Yay Cider!

I actually drank some while on a road trip back at one point at somewhere near the back end of two liters ended up singing kindergarten kids' songs with my fellow travellers..... on a bus. I think the only reason we weren't kicked off was because the bus driver thought it was hilarious-the two little goth girls and the jock singing "meep meep went the little green frog" at the back, encouraging others to join in (some did!)

Two litres of cidre? Light-weights.

... it takes me that much to acknowledge I'm drunk.

Bear in mind that I've spend the past seven hours drinking, though. Don'r like to rush these things; it would be a waste. XD

Which might explain why I always buy decent rum. That, and Scotland's minimum pricing laws.  Fuck you, SNP. D<

Seconding the mead option.  Tends to be hard to find, but worth it if you can.  Only one of the places near me carries it, and they only have 2 brands, both local.  It's pretty easy to get carried away though - it's as strong as wine, but tastes like liquid honey and goes down easy.
Oh, and don't go for the carbonated kind.  The carbonation makes it more acidic and less sweet.

My girlfriend really likes this stuff called Kinky Liquer.  It's bright pink and tastes like mangoes and other tropical fruits.  Relatively weak though.
I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.

Ah that may be it-I'm a fast drinker-I've learned to slow down since, but it wasn't unusual for me, in my early twenties to empty half of my roommates liquor cabinet while he was out for a smoke (yes I did, and I went stright to drinking myself sober-I was not impressed-neither was my roomie-to be fair though, he shouldn't have told me to help myself)

Also Rum is bad for me. I get *very* friendly and it's the only alcohol I know of that can give me "blackout" periods where I can't remember the next day. Until then, I thought people were lying to save face. >.<

Why would you want to drink that fast? O_o

It was sort of by accident. I started doing tequila shots with a friend, and when she left I..uh...kept going.

Never doing that again.

Like I said I can go slower now, it's just at parties I can..kinda forget. >.<

I always drink slowly unless I have someone to drink with.

If someone is drinking with me things can get...interesting.

Last time I got drunk I drank a whole bottle of rum by myself.  Straight.  Drinking out of the bottle.

Got drunk at DnD last week. The DM makes a mean mixed drink. We just met up again and he gave me the hairy eyeball. I guess all those half-orc seduction checks against NPCs weren't as funny as I thought ... WHOOOO!

Woooo!

Drinking 6% beers and posting on an atheist forum. Good times. Especially the beer part.

Also, listening to Daft Punk.

Drinking games will be the death of me!

That or lack of ventilation.

Whilst excessive booze itself isn't an issue, I feel ill whenever I drink or eat too quickly. Explains why I refuse to down anything more than a shot, at least. >_>;

Woooo!

Beginning the first day of a week plus off of work. Of course, I just mean a week out of the office; I'll be spending 60 hours Monday through Friday alone working on my house.

Still, I"m drinking now. Woooo!

Long Island Iced Teas are pretty strong, apparently.  The only thing I've found so far that make me feel tipsy after just one.

Time for round two!

Double post but it's been 9 months so fuck it.  While surfing the web, I found out that I had all the ingredients for Kamikaze's within arm's reach.  So guess what I'm drinking!

Am I the only one who drinks anymore?  What the fuck.

I'm out of Triple Sec.  How am I supposed to make more Citrus Moscow Mules without Triple Sec?

For anyone interested, Citrus Moscow Mules are a shot of triple sec, a shot of mandarin vodka, and ginger beer to taste.  If you add more than a splash, your tastes are wrong.
