Hi FreeBeer.

I haven't looked at that closely in a long time.
Unearthed Arcana book has a short side box called Fractional BAB + Saves.
It didn't make it into the SRD.
In this case 2 medium BAB classes would have at level 3, +2.25 BAB rounded to +2.
It's almost always worth it to use the fractionals for BAB.
That would do it, but I didn't read it close enough to determine if it had the proper mention.
Some of these builds date back to 2005, and some info has been lost.

** edit **

Right.  So the Synad Multitask feat is Psionic,
and could be taken with the PsyWar1 bonus feat.
It looks like he reversed the 2 feats.
Knock Down could be taken with the normal level 3 feat slot.

Good spot check there, FreeBeer.

Thank you for the quick response. I was actually unaware of the fractional BAB+Saves ruling in the Unearthed Arcana. I will definitely have to take a look at that and see whats up there. Then discuss it with my DM, lol.

I haven't played a psionic class before and I came across this build after I had already chosen Githzerai. So as the good student that I am, I make sure to poor over my character sheets and make sure that everything is in place and works together. I even go so far as to make printouts with the definitions to all my abilities. I've played in games where the integrity of other players was in question, and I just decided to keep my bases covered.

I won't be the most skilled of characters, but I'm looking forward to playing this character. If you have any recommendations for the open feat slot, please let me know. Also, I find it interesting that Improved Unarmed Strike was listed among the feats taken when it's just a class granted feat of monk.

So far by build is as follows:

Character  Name: Krozeg Swordthane
Classes: Monk 2, Psychic Warrior 1
ECL: 5

Rolled stat line; 4D6 take the top 3
STR: 18 DEX:10 CON:11 INT:12 WIZ: 15 CHA:10

Final Stat Line:
STR: 18 DEX:16 CON:11 INT:10 WIZ: 17 CHA:10

Gold:2700 (3rd level)
Race: GithZerai (Expanded Psionics HB)
DEX: +6 INT: -2 WIZ:+2
LA+2

Feats and Level Taken

Level 1: Monastic training (psychic warrior)
Monk Level 1: Passive way monk: combat expertise
Monk Level 2: Passive way monk: improved trip
Level 3: Knock-down
Psycic Warrior level 1: undecided because I didn't see the point of Synad Multitask.

Right. You can't take a Synad feat if you're a Githzerai.

May I suggest
3PW) Improved Natural Attack ... since it's right next door on the build
4PW) Tashalatora ... benefits start happening right away
