Juuken Stance (Ex): When unarmored and unencumbered a Hyuga Genius adds his Wisdom bonus (if any) to his AC. This bonus to AC applies even against touch attacks or when the adept is flat-footed. He loses these bonuses when he is immobilized or helpless, when he wears any armor, when he carries a shield, or when he carries a medium or heavy load.
Improved Unarmed Strike: A Hyuga Genius receives Improved Unarmed Strike as a bonus feat.
Juuken Strike (Ex): As a full-round action a Hyuga Genius may perform one Unarmed Strike using his highest base attack bonus. If this attack hits the Hyuuga Genius deals bonus psionic damage as shown in the table above. Juuken damage is equally dependent on the psionic power of the Hyuuga Genius and the precision of each attack; treat Juuken damage as Sneak Attack damage for the sake of qualifying for feats and prestige classes.
Abilities that advance Sneak Attack damage may instead advance Juuken Damage; this choice is made each time the Hyuuga Genius increases their Sneak Attack damage. Juuken Damage is halved against a targets immune to Critical Hits.
Ancient Talent: A Hyuga Genius receives Wild Talent as a bonus feat.
Pure Hyuga (Ex): The blood of a Hyuga is ancient and pure, nigh unsullied by mortal weakness. At first level the Hyuga Genius awakens his Byakugan, fusing the irises and pupils of his eyes into an almost-white circle within his Sclera. Henceforth Hyuga Geniuses do not naturally die from old age and, while Psionically Focused, gain the following benefits.
Level 1: (1 + HD/3) Racial Bonus to Search, Spot, and Survival skill checks
Level 4: Does not suffer Aging Penalties and gains Uncanny dodge.
Level 7: Adds (Wisdom Bonus/2) to all Attack and Damage Rolls
Level 10: Spell Resistance of (HD + Wisdom Bonus). A Hyuga Genius may Raise or Lower his Spell Resistance as Free Action.
Level 13: No longer needs to breathe, eat, or sleep and gains Improved Uncanny Dodge.
Level 16: Adds (Wis Bonus) to all Attack and Damage Rolls; this replaces the Level 7 Pure Hyuga ability.
Level 19: Immunity to Critical Hits, Nonlethal Damage, Ability Damage, and Ability Drain.
Even while he is not Psionically Focused a Hyuga Genius retains the Pure Hyuga abilities of a Hyuga Genius with half of his class levels; a 20th level Hyuga Genius retains his Spell Resistance regardless of whether he is Psionically Focused.
Advanced Gentle Fist: At every third level, a Hyuga Genius gains one ability from the following list:
Eight Trigrams 16 Palms(Ex):
Requirements: None
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius gains Two Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat, regardless of whether he meets the prerequisites.
If he hits one foe with at least two Unarmed Strikes in the same round he deals Juuken damage to that enemy. While in Juuken Stance he may also apply the effect below:
-Push the enemy 5 feet in the direction of his choosing. Upon pushing an enemy he may choose to take a 5 foot step toward them; this movement is in addition to any movement he would normally be allowed. None of the movement from this ability provokes AoOs.
Eight Trigrams 32 Palms (Ex):
Requirements: Either the Two Weapon Fighting feat or Eight Trigrams 16 palms
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius gains Improved Two Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat. He must already possess either the Two Weapon Fighting feat or Eight Trigrams 16 palms to take this option, but does not need to meet any other prerequisites.
If he hits one foe with at least four Unarmed Strikes in the same round he deals Juuken Damage to that enemy. While in Juuken Stance he may also apply one of the effects below.
-Push the enemy 10 feet in the direction of his choosing. Upon pushing an enemy he may choose to take a 10 foot step toward them; this movement is in addition to any movement he would normally be allowed. None of the movement from this ability provokes AoOs.
-Apply a -1 CL penalty to the enemy for (Juuken Dice) rounds. Additional Eight Trigram 32 Palm attacks may be used to stack this penalty and refresh the duration.
-Apply a -1 penalty to the enemy’s Attack Bonus for (Juuken Dice) rounds. Additional Eight Trigram 32 Palm attacks may be used to stack this penalty and refresh the duration.
The Juuken damage and extra effect of this ability are in addition to the effects of Eight Trigrams 16 Palms, should the Hyuga Genius also have that ability.
Eight Trigrams 64 Palms (Ex):
Requirements: Either the Improved Two Weapon fighting feat or Eight Trigrams 32 palms
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius gains Greater Two Weapon Fighting as a bonus feat. He must already possess either the Improved Two Weapon Fighting feat or Eight Trigrams 32 palms to take this option, but does not need to meet any other prerequisites.
If he hits one foe with at least six Unarmed Strikes in the same round he deals Juuken Damage to that enemy. While in Juuken Stance he may also apply one of the effects below.
-Push the enemy 15 feet in the direction of his choosing. Upon pushing an enemy he may choose to take a 15 foot step toward them; this movement is in addition to any movement he would normally be allowed. None of the movement from this ability provokes AoOs.
-Apply a -2 CL penalty to the enemy for (Juuken Dice) rounds. Additional Eight Trigram 64 Palm attacks may be used to stack this penalty and refresh the duration.
-Apply a -2 penalty to the enemy’s Attack Bonus for (Juuken Dice) rounds. Additional Eight Trigram 64 Palm attacks may be used to stack this penalty and refresh the duration.
-Apply 1 Negative Level to the enemy for (Juuken Dice) rounds. Additional Eight Trigram 64 Palm attacks may be used to apply additional Negative Levels and refresh the effect’s duration.
The Juuken damage and extra effect of this ability are in addition to the effects of Eight Trigrams 32 Palms and Eight Trigrams 16 Palms, should the Hyuga Genius also have those abilities.
Heavenly Palm Rotation (Su):
Requirements: None
Benefit: By expending his Psionic Focus as an immediate action the Hyuga Genius gains a bonus to AC and saving throws equal to (Juuken Dice) until the start of his next turn. During this time any creature who comes within reach of his Unarmed Strike takes Juuken damage and must make a Fortitude Save DC (10 + Class level/2 + Wis Bonus) or be knocked 10 feet away in the direction of his choosing.
A Hyuga Genius cannot use this ability during his own turn or while he is holding an item.
Mercy of Myriad Palms (Su):
Requirements: Heavenly Palm Rotation
Benefit: As Heavenly Palm Rotation, except the Hyuga Genius may use his Unarmed Strike to perform an Attack of Opportunity against any opponent within his Unarmed Strike reach. Successful hits are treated as a Juuken Strikes and the target must make a Fortitude Save DC (Juuken Strike Damage) or be knocked 20 feet away in the direction of his choosing.
This ability may not be used during the Hyuga Genius's own turn or while he is holding an item.
Mountain Strike:
Requirements: None
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius gains Psionic Fist, or any feat that has Psionic Fist as a prerequisite, as a bonus feat.
Violent Strike:
Requirements: None
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius may expend his Psionic Focus to deal Juuken Damage in a 5 foot radius burst on the first successful Unarmed Strike he performs before the start of his next turn. This ability may be selected multiple times; each time it is selected after the first the radius of this burst is increased by 5 feet.
The Hyuga Genius may exclude any number of targets, including himself, from the damage from his Violent Strike.
Heart-Needle Strike (Ex):
Requirements: None
Benefit: By reducing the damage of his Unarmed Strikes to 1 the Hyuga Genius may transform any Unarmed Strike into a Juuken Strike. He must decide before each Unarmed Strike whether that attack is a Heart-Needle Strike or a normal Unarmed Strike
Death Touch (Ex):
Requirements: Heart-Needle Strike
Benefit: At the end of any round where a Hyuga Genius has used Heart-Needle Strike the victims of these Heart-Needle Strikes must make a Fortitude Save DC (Juuken Strike Damage) or die; if a subject suffered more than one Heart-Needle Strike in a round then that subject must save against the highest (Juuken Strike Damage) the Hyuga Genius rolled against them that round.
Air Strike (Ex):
Requirements: None
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius’s Unarmed Strikes may be used to perform ranged attacks. When used as a Ranged Weapon his Unarmed Strikes have a range increment of 30 feet; he may perform Air Strikes to a maximum distance of 3 Range increments
This ability may be selected multiple times; each time after the first increases the Range Increment of his Air Strikes by 30 feet and increases the maximum distance of his Air Strikes by 1 range increment.
Chakra Surge (Su):
Requirements: None
Benefit: The Hyuga Genius may expend his Psionic Focus as a Fullround Action to benefit from the Iron Heart Surge maneuver.
Disrupt Chakra (Su):
Requirements: None
Benefit: the Hyuga Genius may expend his Psionic Focus as a Fullround Action to create either a Dispel Magic or a Dispel Psionics effect, treating his Hit Dice as his Manifestor Level or Caster Level as relevant to the version of the ability he is currently using. There is no Caster Level limit or Manifestor Level limit for this Dispel effect.
Body Flicker (Su):
Requirements: None
Benefit: As an Move Action the Hyuga Genius may expend his Psionic Focus to Psionic Dimension Door no more than (HD * 5) feet; unlike the usual use of Dimension Door or Psionic Dimension Door, this does not prevent him from taking any other actions that turn should he still have actions remaining.
Body Flicker is treated as normal movement when it would be beneficial, such as when he is determining how far he has moved in a round for Skirmish if he has multiclassed into Scout, and may be used to perform Charge attacks.
Advanced Byakugan (Su): At 2nd level and every third level thereafter the Hyuga Genius’s Byakugan further improves. While Psionically Focused he gains one ability from the following list:
Spellsight (Su): As a Free Action he may gain a Detect Magic or Detect Psionics effect, or dismiss the effect while it is active. Concentrating on the effect only requires a Swift Action each round.
Perfect Vision (Su): The Hyuga Genius gains 30ft. Blindsight. He may select this ability multiple times, each time increasing the radius of his blindsight by 30ft. Since his blindsight is based on his eyes he is still subject to gaze attacks and he loses access to this blindsight if blinded.
Distant Sight (Sp): At Will as a Fullround Action the Hyuga Genius may cast Arcane Eye as a spell-like ability. He must concentrate to use an arcane eye; when he ceases concentration on the Arcane Eye the effect ends immediately.
This ability may be selected multiple times; each time it is selected after the first the movement speed of the Arcane Eye is doubled.
Penetrating Sight (Sp): At Will as a Move Action the Hyuga Genius may activate X Ray vision allowing him to see directly through solid obstructions. His X Ray vision's range is (20 feet +5 feet per HD) and everything in this range is observed as if he were looking at it in normal light, even if there is no illumination
X-ray vision can penetrate up to (HD) feet of wood or dirt, (HD * 6) inches of stone, or (HD) inches of common metal. Thicker substances or a thin sheet of lead, gold, silver, or other expensive metals blocks the vision.
This ability may be selected multiple times; each time it is selected after the first the Hyuga Genius doubles the range of his X-ray vision and the depth to which his X-ray vision can penetrate.
Lifesense (Su): As a Move Action the Hyuga Genius may roughly estimate the health of each creature he can see in increments of 1 quarter of their maximum Hit Points; Full Health = 100% HP, Lightly Injured = Between 99% and 75% HP, Moderately Injured = between 74% and 50% HP, Severely Injured = Between 49% and 25% HP, Critically Injured = Between 24% and 0 HP.
Without expending any action he may always determine whether a creature he can see is Dying, Dead, or Nonliving.
Weak point (Ex): The Hyuga Genius increases the Critical Hit Threat Range for his Unarmed Strikes by 1. This ability may be selected multiple times; the effects stack.
Vital Strike (Ex): The Hyuga Genius increases the Critical Damage Multiplier for his Unarmed Strikes by 1. This ability may be selected multiple times; the effects stack.
Practiced Strike (Ex): The Hyuga Genius increases the Damage of his Unarmed Strikes by 1 die. This ability may be selected multiple times; the effects stack.
Ocular Evolution (Ex): The Hyuga Genius gains one Ocular Feat listed below. This ability may be selected multiple times.
New FeatsMyriad Palms
Requirements: Improved Unarmed Strike
Benefit: As a Fullround Action perform one Unarmed Strike against every enemy within reach using your highest Attack Bonus.
Flurry of Palms
Requirements: Improved Unarmed Strike, BAB of 6
Benefit: Every Unarmed Strike attack that does not use your highest Attack Bonus instead uses your second highest Attack Bonus, adjusted for any additional penalties you may suffer. The Iterative attacks from having a BAB of "20/15/10/5" would thus be "20/15/15/15", or "18/13/13/13/13/13/13 with the Two Weapon fighting, Improved TWF, and Greater TWF feats.
Eight Trigrams 128 Palms
Requirements: Greater Two Weapon Fighting or Eight Trigrams 64 Palms

A creature struck by all of these attacks must make a Fortitude save DC (Highest Damage Dealt on an Individual Attack) or die instantly.
Overdraft (Ocular)

If you are Fatigued while activating Overdraft you temporarily lose the Fatigued condition; the Fatigued condition is reapplied to you at the end of Overdraft's duration. If you are Exhausted while activating Overdraft you temporarily lose the Exhausted condition, instead becoming Fatigued; the Exhausted condition is reapplied to you at the end of Overdraft's duration.
Once Overdraft ends you are Fatigued for 5 minutes. If you were Fatigued at the time of activating Overdraft, or are already Fatigued when Overdrafts duration ends, you are instead Exhausted for 1 hour. If you were Exhausted at the time of activating Overdraft, or are already Exhausted when Overdrafts duration ends, you are instead Blinded in one eye for 1 day. If you possess at least one Mature Byakugan (or possess a Byakugan and at least two instances of Advanced Byakugan) you may subsume the usual benefits of this feat to instantly promote one of your Mature Byakugan into a Jougan Byakugan; treat this promoted eye as a Jougan Byakugan Graft, including any benefits and consequences.

*Special: Eyes promoted with this feat start to lose their ocular powers one week after being removed from your body, as opposed to the normal 1 Month. After the first week the user must make a Fortitude Save DC (20 + the number of weeks the Ocular Power has been fading) each week. On a failed save the eye permanently loses its ocular powers becoming a normal, but functional, eye. An eye that was promoted with this feat can be consumed as a component for a graft of the promoted form only if it has not since reverted back to its original form.
**Special: Should the promoted eye ever be removed from your body and replaced with a normal eye you may apply the promotion from this feat to the replacement eye after One Day; this eye must be part of your body for 24 hours without interruption.
New Magic ItemsInk of Mind SealingThis ink can be used to mark a willing or helpless character's forehead in a ritual which lasts 10 minutes. The mark thereafter becomes permanent - it may only be removed with
Break Enchantment,
Limited Wish,
Miracle,
Wish, or similarly powerful curse-breaking effects.
The crafter of this item is considered "attuned" to the ink - he may attune additional characters via a ritual which lasts 1 minute, but only if such characters have the ability to become Psionically Focused, cast spells, or use spell-like abilities.
As a Move action a character attuned to the ink may cause the marked character to lose their Psionic Focus. As a standard action, he may cause them to become nauseated by pain for 1 round and take 1d3 points of damage to each of their mental ability scores. Once per day as a Fullround Action, he may use
Clairvoyant Sense as a supernatural ability on the marked one as a Fullround action. No save is allowed for these effects.
When a character marked by this ink dies their brain and body are ravaged by psionic power, reducing the marked character to an inert and useless slurry; this prevents any form of resurrection which requires a complete body and destroys any parts of the body that could be studied, transplanted, or otherwise investigated. This destruction occurs even if the character is killed by having their brain removed (denying some creatures a source of power).
This burns up the magic of the ink - if the character is somehow restored to life he is free from its effects.
