I'm a warlock 16/binder 1/ hellfire warlock 3 Assimar vampire lord(DM is letting me have vampire and vampire lord for free)

and yea like i said, DM gave me 900,000 starting gold and 600,000 non-starting gold.

I've been looking through MIC and there's a lot of good stuff but not enough.

Wow... your DM likes to give out free things.

Are custom items allowed?

we're doing a "wondering adventures of" campaign, its pretty much all of us sitting around a camp fire and we've been friends since forever, talking about our exploits. our characters are actually lvl 30 but our memory selves are lvl 20 with all this crap, and we're taking turns DMing this.

its kind of an overpowered campaign(even though the only way im currently op is by being a vampire lord, really, look them up. they're in the monster mayhem online supplement, their freak'n crazy). its like, "hey remember that one time hextor really pissed me off? yea i showed him whos boss".

as one of the DMs(and just now talking to another), yes, custom items are allowed.

OK, here you go.  You want continuous items of:

Friendly Fire
Nondetection (CL as high as you can afford)
Delay Death
Beastlands Ferocity
Ironguard

1/day items of:

Greater Anticipate Teleport
Superior Resistance
Chained Greater Magic Weapon (CL 24)
Chained Magic Vestment (CL 24)

You want a Heavy Darkwood Spiked Shield.  The shield is +1 Ghost Ward, the spikes are +1 Warning Eager Defending, and the shield has a wand chamber for a wand of Nerveskitter.

You want +1 Ghost Ward non-metal armor (make a chain shirt out of some fun material).

That should get you started... the only thing I can think of that you're missing is something to deal with AoE effects, particularly no-save ones.  I haven't figured out a way to deal with that yet...

Starmantle Cloak makes you invulnerable to non-magic weapons and crucially allows you to take a reflex save (DC 15) for half-damage against magic weapons. Combine that with a Ring of Evasion and decent reflex saves and you are now invulnerable to all magic weapons, not just metal ones.

Taken directly from the Warlock Information Compilation:

Itemization for a Warlock... by cheezgrater

If I don't list a sourcebook, then it is straight out of the 3.5DMG

Chasuble of Fell Power - boosts damage from your eldritch blast. Buy this. (Complete Arcane)

Warlock's Sceptre - Gives you +2 to hit with ranged touch attacks, and by spending charges you can boost your eldritch blast damage. (Complete Arcane)

Cloak of Charisma - Useful instant boost to your save DCs if you use a lot of save-based invocations

Gloves of Dexterity - Useful for blaster locks and meleelocks that rely on weapon finesse.

Boots of Elvenkind - Warlocks get invisibility invocations. Move silently bonuses can't hurt for those times when sneakiness is the order of the day.

Mithral Full-Plate - with the Battlecaster and Medium Armor Proficiency feats, you can get a really nice AC for your warlock, with no spell failure chance. Enchant this for even better armor.

Belt of Magnificence - Expensive as all get-out, but boosts all 6 stats while taking up only one slot. IIRC, it's 200,000gp for the +6 version, but +6 to every stat is really nice. (Miniatures handbook)

Cloak of Displacement, Minor - all attacks against you have a 20% miss chance. Pretty nice, especially for those warlocks that like to get into melee. This can serve as a replacement for the Entropic Warding invocation (and the item is better since it also works on melee attacks), except that it doesn't make you untrackable

Pale Green Ioun Stone - +1 on attack rolls, saves, skill checks, and ability checks that doesn't require an item slot? Yes, Please!

Orange Ioun Stone - +1 caster level, slotless. Won't give you extra invocations or boost Eldritch Blast damage, but can be useful if you see many enemies with spell resistance.

Manuals and Tomes - +5 inherent bonuses to Dex and Charisma are really nice for a blaster. Con is also nice for a melee lock What more needs to be said? You may also want to consider other books if you have money to burn. Beefing up stats is rarely a bad thing.

Horizon Goggles by FromTheShadows - I'm surprised nobody really noticed the Horizon Goggles in Complete Mage. For a mere 8,000 gp, you get extra range on your blast or invocations as long as they happen to be in a form that uses a ranged attack roll.

Codex Advocare by Tweedledope - Ya'll don't forget the Codex Advocare from the Expedition to Castle Ravenloft. It might seem minor but, for 20k it gives you an extra Least invocation known. Sure beats wastin' a feat.

You might also get some use out of X stat to Y bonus.

With that much gold, you're better off just taking Vow of Poverty and enjoying the role-playing.

An efreeti bottle and a few simulacrum elixirs. Ask the efreeti for his horn, chop the horn up into tiny pieces, use the elixirs on some of the pieces, have the simulacrums use wish to replicate simulacrum on the rest of the pieces.
Congratulations, you now have several hundred wishes per day.

Edit: actually, there's no need for the elixirs, just use the efreeti to replicate simulacrum.

Check the Expanded Psionics Handbook (or the SRD) and grab yourself a psychoactive skin of proteus. One of the best items in the entire game (sans artifacts, and even then...). And it's relatively cheap, considering how much money you've got.

And if you've got access to Hyperconscious, look at skill shards (in the SRD/XPH)and the synaptic mask. +10 boost to one skill? For a total of 4000 gp? Hell yes.
