Is that a dead people location? Or something else?Kernelsprite imprinting strategy ... dead planet ... dead sun ... just needs to catch a godthing in it and ... um. Wait, his kernel is already greenflashing...Tooth ... leg ... -_- Great.
I have olny just started reading it,and I sincerely hope that it will get more interesting.....After reading the first 100 pages or so it seems ....boring,after all the rave here I though it would be more interesting....Does it get any better after the first 100 pages or does it continue in the same manner?

(click to show/hide)Judging by the spirals on Caliborn's face changing to red dots, he's basically taken complete control what with Calliope's dreamself dead. As such, he had to bite off his own leg to get free of the chain. When he went to enter his own session, the cruxtruder popped out his kernelsprite, but since he's also Calliope it popped out hers as well. The two kernelsprites trying to prototype each other created a feedback loop that turned them into a black hole which absorbed Caliborn and his world - a glitch in paradox space, if you want.LE enters one of the dreambubbles, vaporizes the inhabitants, and destroys it, leading to that cracked glass effect. Dave sees it from the top of the meteor lab, and PM and Jack come across it (along with some dead horrorterrors) during their chase after the meteor. All that sound reasonable? Also! The buildup is slow, but the plot points rapidly get much, much larger than what you've seen so far.
(click to show/hide)Caliborn is indeed an awesome name. But, question -- so those dreambubblers weren't the original crew, right? Just making sure.Is Calliope gone for good? Sadness.
(click to show/hide)Worth noting that this probably means that it was Lord English killing the horrorterrors all that time ago, rather than Jack. Not that that's news, or anything. Also, Jack and PM appear to have reached some kind of truce after seeing the horrible destruction wrought by Lord English. Just as I suspected they would.Caliborn is also a fantastic name.

Latula Pyrope, Kankri Vantas, and Porrim Maryam, with mentions of Meulin Leijon, Mituna Captor, and Damara Megido. (click to show/hide)I'm not sure what's going on with those trolls, and honestly I'm having trouble keeping track of their role in the story & plot relationships with everyone else. As if there weren't enough characters already... lol. But Latula is hilarious.
