So is there an "Ask a simple question..." thread around here?

Q1: And if there isn't, can this be it, and can this be the first two part question?

Q2: And can the second question be: "Can Iron Defender homunculi heal themselves with Devoted Spirit maneuvers and stances, like Crusader's Strike, and Martial Spirit?"

Q3: And can someone explain to me why you can't start sentences with "and"?

A1: Not applicable.

A2: Yes, they can, as Devoted Spirit maneuvers and stances heal indiscriminately, without using positive or negative energy to do so.
