Assume a neutral character. Is there any feat or spell or other effect that allows a non-evil character to count as evil?
Same question as above but for the good alignment

Malconvoker let's you cast evil spells.
Lumi (I think MM3) can use good spells or healing spells or something like that without beeing good.
UMD let's you use magic items as if you were good/evil.
That's all I know in that direction.

What do you need to count as Evil for? There is at least one spell that allows the caster to project a false alignment. It's in the SRD, but I'm drawing a blank on its name.

Any alignment subtype makes you count as that alignment for spells / effects.

For some reason I had this in mind as not working for requirements.
I suppose this might not be the case. Hmm Rules compendium doesn't seem to say anything on whether a requirement is an 'effect' or not
