Dedicated wright + Genosis = magical easy-bake oven

I'm playing a high level artificer... could I stick a dedicated wright on a plane high time plane I made with a scroll of Genosis to speed my crafting by 100 times or more?

A) Genesis does not allow you to alter the time trait.

B) If you could alter the time trait, then granting it the Timeless Magic trait would be better, as you could have your D-Wright trigger Time Stop in some way, for immediate crafting times.
