Small Reach Weapons

If I had a medium character with a Small Glaive, would I have a one-handed Reach weapon?

The measure of how much effort it takes to use a weapon (whether the weapon is designated as a light, one-handed, or two-handed weapon for a particular wielder) is altered by one step for each size category of difference between the wielder’s size and the size of the creature for which the weapon was designed.

Yes.  A guisarme of course would be better used though.

Although, beware of this line from here (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/equipment/weapons.htm#weaponSize):
"Inappropriately Sized Weapons
A creature can’t make optimum use of a weapon that isn’t properly sized for it. A cumulative -2 penalty applies on attack rolls for each size category of difference between the size of its intended wielder and the size of its actual wielder. If the creature isn’t proficient with the weapon a -4 nonproficiency penalty also applies."

Make sure your DM doesn't interpret that as "You don't get the reach either"

Though feel free to argue with the DM about the reasoning as why you a -2. I believe it says something about how a longsword isn't just a bigger dagger (which is true) but I believe you're asking about a spear with a fancy blade on the end right?Well guess what a spear that a person half your height that is ten foot long is pretty much the same as one made for you, there might be some difference in the thickness but thickness doesn't matter much to staff/spear/javelin/stick when its 10 foot long.

Mainly I mention this because the size categories and associated stuff is a mess.
