[3.5] Grinning Devil (new martial discipline)

I'm trying to develop a discipline based on psychological warfare and manipulating your opponents - either tricking them or just being so annoying that they can't fight properly.

Didn't read through the maneuvers yet, but I noticed a couple problems.  First, no creature has 0 wis.  Did you mean 0 int?  A creature with 0 wis would not be able to percieve anything in the world, so cannot move, fight, or whatever, it is in a coma.  Actually, creature with 0 int would also be in a coma, so it would have to be a creature with - int.  Int, str, con, and dex are the only stats that a creature can have a - in.  Second, your tactical feat makes them take a permanent penalty to wis checks against you, you should include a coool-down, so eventually it goes away, probably only after 24 hours.

BUt this thing does look fun, can't wait until you finish it.

It was intended for use on creatures in comas so that they're dominated when they recover. Basing it on Int would make it too easy to brainwash animals.

Yeah, meant to do that.

Oh, well, then that's fine I guess.  Might want to clarify that.  But why would it be too easy to brainwash animals?  I mean, yeah they only have 1 or 2 int to take away, but still, you have to take those away.  Not an easy thing for a mundane to do.

EDIT: I'm not suggesting you change it, I'm just wondering why you thought it would be too easy.  If you're going for creatures in a coma, then wis is the correct one I'd think.

Hm, could probably add an Ex equivalent to resurrection/astral projection through "No, that was actually a Doombot."
