Was that sarcastic?  If not, the answer is no -- DMM is turn undead only.

Actually no, to the best of my knowledge every turn/rebuke pool can be used. Otherwise evil clerics would not be able to fuel their DMM as they rebuke undead.
On this forum, you will find a lot of DMM builds using rebuke/turn pools granted by domains and the like...

Rebuke is fine, because it's explicitly equivalent to turn undead.  But turning other types of creatures is not.

Quote from: FAQ
Can the turning abilities granted by the Air, Earth,
Fire, Plant, and Water domains be used to power Divine
Metamagic (CD 80) or other divine feats?

No. Unless stated otherwise, a divine feat requires (and can
be powered only by) the ability to turn or rebuke undead. Some
feats (such as Elemental Smiting, CD 81) use elemental turning
(rather than undead turning); these are specific exceptions to
the general rule.

Ok, I stand corrected. I also found the errata. Before it just said 'turn attemps'...

IIRC, Ravenloft has a destroy undead variant that's also explicitly equivalent to turn/rebuke. So there are four possible pools: destroy undead (cleric levels), rebuke undead (dread necro dip), turn undead (sacred exorcist) and greater turn undead (radiant servant)

Don't forget the 1st level of the Azurin Cleric racial substitution levels
Azurin Cleric into Sacred Exorcist, possibly dip Dread Necro if you don't mind the 1 level of casting progression lost :)

Why not take 2+ levels of Holt Warden? Fit's the nature concept and gives you rebuke plants to fuel DMM.

This is not correct.  Divine feats explicitly mention turning/rebuking UNDEAD (not plants or fire creatures or oozes.)

There ARE several alternate class features/sub levels that call out as counting as turn/rebuke undead for all purposes or specifically for the purpose of divine feats.
Those include:
Cleric 1, Azurin racial substitution, Magic of Incarnum - gain Channel Incarnum instead, but counts as turning for feats
Cleric 1, Dragonblood substitution level, Races of the Dragon, turn energy instead, counts as turning for feats

edit: Seems like I wasn't on the last page.  This has been addressed.

If AC is a major concern, consider dipping a single level into monk. Getting your wisdom to AC will often provide better protection than a suit of armor, and you even retain the wis-to-AC in animal form. There is also a number of alternate monk styles in UA that will yield different feats at monk 1, so take a look.

Monk's Belt with a wildling clasp is probably a much more cost-effective answer than giving up a level of casting, wildshape and animal companion.

Shhhh ...  :hmm ... you'll ruin the Core Monk.
