I'm looking for a prestige class/feat/class/ACF/etc that meets the requirements of metabreath feats. This is:
To take a metabreath
feat, a creature must have a breath weapon whose
time between breaths is expressed in rounds. Therefore, a
hell hound (which can breathe once every 2d4 rounds) can
take metabreath feats, whereas a behir (breath weapon
usable 1/minute) cannot.
So, dragon disciple doesn't meet them, nor the Heritage feat that gives you breath weapon.
I'm looking for the cheapest way to have the breath weapon, spending the fewest feats/class levels on it so I can meet the requirements and then go for wiz/sor 17/18 and be able to use all "breath weapon"-spells.
