Potions above 3rd level?

Is there any non-homebrewed way to make potions spells higher than 3rd level? I've checked a few handbooks and haven't see anything useful in that direction.

There are those that would argue that "Only spells suitable for making potions can be used in this way." would include spell level.
(I'm not one, but it needed said.)

The way it's wri-oh wait, see above. It's arguable that it's supposed to include spell level. It was the first thing I thought of when I read it, followed by the eternal headache of "Gonna have to ask the DM about this one".

Besides Master Alchemist, you get Alchemist Savant (Magic of Eberron), and Runecaster (PGtF).   I haven't looked at either class, I just happen to remember that thread.

To be fair, Runecaster can do way better than "potions."

Custom Magic Item ... can be made and priced like a potion, but not have the level limit.
Custom Magic Items is playing with fire.
 

Only if you wanna go a different flavor route: Psi has Tattoos as potion equivalents.
PhaedrusXY has a handbook about getting the higher level tattoos.
