Is there a feat similar to Steadfast Determination for Reflex or Will saves, where you don't fail on a Nat 1

Hrm, I don't think there's a feat, but there are maneuvers, items and class features.

Reflex:
Kensei PrC, 5th level subs concentration for reflex.
Action Before Thought maneuver (Diamond Mind, 2nd) same thing

Will:
Moment of Perfect Mind maneuver (Diamond Mind, 1st) subs concentration for Will

Fort:
Headband of Conscious effort (Complete Adventurer) subs concentration for Fort 1/day

I'm pretty sure there's a few more, but these are the ones I know off hand.

There's a feat that lets you reroll 1s on saves.  This brings your chances of automatic failure down to 1/400.  The feat is planar touchstone (Planar Handbook).  Forge your link with The Catalogues of Enlightenment (Planar Handbook, p166).  Choose the pride domain (Spell Compendium).

For those who want to see that in action, during 100 rolls there is only a 22% chance to automatically fail a single one.

there is a feat in a dragon mag 354, starts on page 55 (looked up the exact mag in the dragondex) it allows you to select one of several backgrounds. one of the backgrounds allows you to sub out any save for will, at will. each time you use it, however, you get a cumulative -1 to all subsequent saves for the day.
