persisting psionics

Dear boards: quick question, Is there a psionic version of persist and if so what damaging spells could be persisted (all i can find is energy emulation)

Persistent Power is in Hyperconscious.  It requires Extend Power and costs +12PP.  It otherwise functions as Persistent Spell but for powers.

There is Persistent Power in Hyperconsciousness (third party, but same author as XPH and generally pretty good). Basically like the spell version, but with a focus restriction.

Offensive Precognition and Offensive Prescience boost your damage, but it sounds like you want something more like Cloud of Knives. Energy Emanation gives you a damaging aura, though it augments slowly. Nothing else comes to mind, but Intellect Fortress or Inconstant Location would be swell.

Sweet hyperconsiousness was just what I was looking for. I'm currently playing a dmm cleric so I am quite spoiled in terms of persistable spells. I was looking for a cloud of knives equivalent and can't find one. It looks like I am stuck with energy emulation. Thanks for the help.

There's also an interesting power in Hyperconscious called Continual Power, which when combined with Extraordinary Concentration is awesome for long encounters. Just walk around for 12+ hours firing off a ray every 6 seconds while you go about your business

Any recharge set-up is a de facto persist.

Monastic Servant of Auppensser PrC puts a discipline onto
the Cleric list ... then DMM Persist the old fashioned way.

The power doesn't have to be swift action, because all you need to do is be able to Concentrate on it as a swift action; thus you need the Extraordinary Concentration feat

@ awaken D_G golem: That was the other option, but to be honest If I wanted to persist spells as a cleric I would use the cleric spell list because they rock on their own and I would have no need of psionics.
@ everyone: Out of curiosity would it still take a standard action to maintain concentration on a power with a swift casting time.

Yes, though you might be able to get a DM to handwave it

Solicit psicrystal has a duration of one round per level. Also as you say its quite expensive.

Couldn't you, technically, though Magic/Psionics transparency, apply actual Persistent Spell to powers via Incantatrix?

It looks like you could.  And the Spellcraft checks would be even easier, as many psionic powers are lower level than their spell counterparts because of augmentation.
