Yeah, I mainly didn't go Walker because I didn't want to overcomplicate the Order of the Ruby Knight fluff too much. Plus I like Fey Skin, DR/3 cold iron is fun.

For what it's worth, the windicator has an entry that states that other gods may have their own order. So you can toss it around in charop with whichever gods fluff you want.

From some source I cannot reference because I just copied the text a while ago:
(So I do not claim any Intellectual Property or so :-) )

"2 levels of Totemist. Bind Blink Shirt to Totem Chakra. Max Essentia (2). Now you have a 24/7 30 feet Dimension Door as a... can't remember if it's a Standard or Move. Not that it makes that huge of a difference, since Shadow Pounce activates anyhow.

X levels of Y, where X is any class that grants 2d6 sneak within Y levels, Rogue/SA Fighter/Assassin's Stance Swordsage etc.
Say SA Fighter 3.

2 levels of Z, where Z is any base class you like with at least 3/4 BAB and neat stuff."

Just sounded good to me then and I kept it. But might be useful for your build.

Honestly, I think I wrote that. It does sound like me.
*scratches head*
Can't be sure since I can't check my old posts at BG, but I'm fairly certain I said it.

My (Personal) favorite Shadowlord build so far is Rogue 3/Hit and Run Fighter 2/Assassin 2/Shadowlord x (usually taking six levels and capping out with seven more levels of Assassin).  Rogue 3 gets you 2d6 Sneak Attack, Evasion, excellent skill points to get you started, and trading trap sense for penetrating strike.  Hit and Run Fighter 2 gives you two bonus feats to knock out some of those feat requirements, +2 Initiative, and your dexterity to damage against flat footed targets (and since you're a rogue and look for ways to make someone flat footed... enjoy!).  Assassin is mostly so with six levels of Shadowlord, you get a base Death Attack DC of 25 before adding in intelligence, Bracers of Murder, and an Assassin's Dagger.  Yeah, it may not be exactly effective, but the sheer flavor of being a shadowy, teleporting assassin is awesome.  Could also throw in a level or two of Swordsage rather than assassin for more sneak attack and Shadow Blade.

Another note, you could potentially just spend a feat to chakra bind blink shirt (forget the name of the feat off the top of my head).  You'll likely only have one incarnum point to invest in it, but 10ft at will standard action dimension door is really useful and gives you the prerequisite for the Prestige Class if you don't want the template - then again, I'm quite the fan of the template!

+1 hadn't thought of the assassin mixing in , thanks a lot man . i COMPLETELY agree with every note of the above for rp reasons and i also love assassins.  It may not be the very best but i don't think i will ever see something closer to my tastes!

He can.  Stagger the levels, perhaps going something like Rogue 1/Fighter 1/Rogue 2/Fighter 2/Rogue 3, the last level of rogue you bump up Hide and Move silently.  Or you can take three levels of rogue then two levels of fighter, assuming you've got an Int mod of 2+ (or 1+ and human) to sink into cross-class skill ranks in Hide and Move silently.  That'll net you Hide and Move silently at 8 at 5th level, allowing you to take Assassin for levels six and seven, then take Shadowlord at 8 when you qualify.
