My (Personal) favorite Shadowlord build so far is Rogue 3/Hit and Run Fighter 2/Assassin 2/Shadowlord x (usually taking six levels and capping out with seven more levels of Assassin). Rogue 3 gets you 2d6 Sneak Attack, Evasion, excellent skill points to get you started, and trading trap sense for penetrating strike. Hit and Run Fighter 2 gives you two bonus feats to knock out some of those feat requirements, +2 Initiative, and your dexterity to damage against flat footed targets (and since you're a rogue and look for ways to make someone flat footed... enjoy!). Assassin is mostly so with six levels of Shadowlord, you get a base Death Attack DC of 25 before adding in intelligence, Bracers of Murder, and an Assassin's Dagger. Yeah, it may not be exactly effective, but the sheer flavor of being a shadowy, teleporting assassin is awesome. Could also throw in a level or two of Swordsage rather than assassin for more sneak attack and Shadow Blade.
Another note, you could potentially just spend a feat to chakra bind blink shirt (forget the name of the feat off the top of my head). You'll likely only have one incarnum point to invest in it, but 10ft at will standard action dimension door is really useful and gives you the prerequisite for the Prestige Class if you don't want the template - then again, I'm quite the fan of the template!
