Swashbuckler 3 anyone?
Weapon Finesse + Int to damage with finesseable weapons?

Chances are, 2H weapon with decent strength is still better damage, and certainly less feat intensive.

As to setting stuff, the setting is Eberron; it's mainly Forgotten Realms stuff that's been disallowed (especially lesser plaintouched races).

@Tr011: I'm certainly considering reducing Warblade levels, if only to dip barbarian for pounce and fighter for a few feats.

I definetly want to stick with an elf, for the sake of qualifying for Eternal Blade levels later on, and want to keep my BAB maxed for the same reasons. As such, I went with half-elf so I could also pick up Able Learner (which makes multiclassing out of Factotum more pleasant).

@Schizek: Sure, the 16 str isn't a big deal, but the stats were rolled. I suppose I could shift it to Con, leaving me with 18 con after dragonborn, though with 10 ranks of warblade I've got a lot of HP anyways.

The big problem with your build is that our tristalt is supposed to be martial/caster/utility. I'll have a hard time arguing that any of those sides is truly martial.

Also, no templates, unfortunately. :) I'm not fond of most of the egoist's power list, but I'm planning on getting metamorphasis via expanded power. I honestly don't expect the game to reach level 17, so I'm not worried about greater metamorphosis.

As to specialization, I'm wanting to focus on combat and stealth.

As such, I'm thinking about this:
Side A: Lion Totem Barbarian 1/fighter 2/something with full bab 1/Warblade 6 (picking up pounce, two bonus feats, and 7 levels of warblade maneuvers with an IL of 8)

Side B: Psion 10 (Possibly dipping that one full manifester PrC after working out what is going to get used from complete psionics)

Side C: Factotum 8 (Something else 2: Swordsage 2 is the default. I might also be able to talk my DM into allowing the factotum to use psionic powers through dilettante, which would allow elocator to be used on that side, which would be nice. A friend also pointed me towards the Wildrunner PrC. It requires a crappy feat as a pre-req, but it gives a 10' bonus to speed that stacks with everything, and a +2 str/+6 dex buff that can be used several times a day.

You're right, too (don't remember who said this), but full factotum levels might be usefull, given that psionic-magic transparency is in effect.

What? I don't think you can take Able Learner as a halfelf, if you can do it I need arguments why, so that I can use that in my own party.

You need a flaw to make it work, and it's really of limited utility, but the Human Heritage feat (RoD) means that you are Human for the purposes of adjudicating all effects (though you maintain the benefits of other sub-types and races), allowing you to qualify for a human-only feat, like able learner. In my experience though, half-elfs are sucky enough that some DMs don't mind allowing you access to human-only stuff without the feat.  :clap

There's also Human Blood (Dragon), that isn't level 1 only (though you'd still need it to take Able Learner, as you still have to be human at level 1). It also gives you an additional skill point.

As Factotum you don't need Able Learner feat since all skills are class skills for you. You have huge int synergy i would try to pick race that have some bonus there like Gray Elf

Egoist have power Fisson with can be really powerful in your build because your clone can use Factotum and Warblade abilities as well.

It is better to build Magic+Combat or Magic+Stealth on Int type char that is only my opinion or just my preference. If you really want Combat+Stealth go for RKV

Able learner means that, once you've got at least one level of factotum, all skills only cost 1 point even if they're cross class. Ordinarily, cross class skills would cost 2 points per rank, though after a level of factotum all the skills have (level+3) max ranks.

You will have a least 8 lvl in Factotum with have all skills as class I don't see any problem and possibility for Able Learner to be usefully.
Factotum 7/Swordsage 2/Factotum 1  will have most likely any skill he want on max rank, Since everyone on this thread agreed that Factotum 11 lvl ability is really worth it you will go there at some point.

Oh hai!  This seems like the perfect grounds to create an uber trancer...Fighter 2/Lion Totem Barb 2/Warblade 2/Bloodstorm Blade 4||Psion 5/Anarchic Initiate 5||Feat Rogue 10.  All 3 good saves, average just under a full d12 HD, full BAB, full ML, lots of skills, lots of feats.  We won't worry about the lack of sneak attack, as all those feats are going to be poured into making our badass a full blown ubercharger.  And if you're allowed Psychic Rogue...

Factotum 8/Chameleon 2 for the caster side?
