Actually, you can already tumble at full speed by taking a -10 on your roll. Is there an additional benefit I'm seeing by not using the normal rule for tumbling at full speed with a -10 and instead doubling the DC?

And does the "take 10" apply to the AC replacement feature? I would assume so as most "take 10's" apply the "you can do this" moniker to it.

Good catch, changed it to allow tumbling at full speed with no penalty. And yes, the take 10 can be used for the AC option.
