They keep what they had in 3.5, but add in 4e stuff. I'm mainly interested on how it would affect the lower tier classes, but I'm sure wizard and clerics get some interaction on this.
A normal attack is still a normal attack, but a fighter would have 2 other options like cleave or surestrike, as well as an encounter and daily.
Abilities that are save ends have a 50% chance of ending, and abilities that attack FWR defenses are normal saves.
Flight as a 4e ability would be obtainable at level 11 due to compressing the 30 4e levels into 20 3e levels.
Characters would gain healing surges, second wind, and 1st level class related abilities. Everything else about the class would remain the same
