There wasn't any decision to make. I thought two people left but one (you) came back and of the three new people one dropped out, one hasn't said anything, and one has shown interest. I wasn't sure what was going on then but it sorted itself out.

I've been hesitant to post since Tilt hasn't said anything about the changes and if he's alright with them (template on race and ACF's).

Also, heard anything else from Shiki / Venn / Zilt?

I'm still wondering what type character I should make and I'm quite busy IRL so it'll still take me some time to post something up, but I'm definitely going to participate in this one.

If I may ask a few questions Tiltowait, what is your say on taking great PrCs like, for example, Rainbow Servant while being a Warmage? What about early entry (Versatile Spellcaster + Heighten Spell) and stuff like this?

I thought I already said yes to the Dark template.

Penetrating/Disruptive Strike are fine. But there are several alchemical items you have that I've already said no about.

I think that getting a bunch of Cleric spells and abilities violates the spirit of this game.

So these sorts of delays don't happen again - Am I not being aggressive enough in making sure the game moves forward?

Okay good. I just wanted to know if I was on the same page as you here. So PrCs are OK as long as they don't clearly snag Tier 3 to 1 abilities, I guess?

Just curious: what about using use magic device with wands and other items? Or will such items be so rare that it won't be an issue? I'm kind of interested, as well, but not exactly sure what I'd play.

If it's UMDing wands to supplement your abilities, such as a Rogue with Gravestrike I'm fine with that. If it's being used to replace your abilities, such as turning your Rogue into a "mini mage" I'm much more iffy about it. While you can get magic items, you're not going to be able to get them in the sort of volume that would make the latter practical.

Unless someone drops out again there are no slots open right now, but I will remember you for later.

Was more curious about using wands for healing and buffing, etc. Since healers are allowed, I thought those kinds of wands would probably exist, too.

Healing and buffing is fine, as long as it isn't replacing your abilities. For example I would consider a Wand of Alter Self or Polymorph to be replacing your abilities unless you are currently capable of casting such a spell yourself. Likewise for strong offensive wands.
