Light weapon with 18-20 crit. range (Bonus points for non exotic)

I am looking for all light weapons, preferably non-exotic, with an 18-20 crit range. Feel free to add to the list.  :)

Martial
Kukri (PHB)
Gehennan lancet (Planar handbook)
Scimitar (with Dervish 1)*
Stump knife (can't find source/stats)*

Stump knife is from A&EG.  It starts off as 19-20/x2, but becomes 17-20/x2 against any foe which you've dealt damage to in the same combat.

Elven Lightblade is exotic (RotW)

Does 3rd party stuff count?  AEG's Mercenaries has Laminated & Serrated to increase crit stuff.

Elven lightblade has been concidered, but my build can't really spare the feat. (It's for a rouge 3/swashbuckler x daring outlaw)
I would prefer official stuff, but 3rd party is of course interesting.

It is exotic, but Eagle Claw from Sandstorm is 18-20.

And if you start to consider Feycraft stuff (which makes medium count as light I think), then your list will expand quite a bit more I believe.

Thanks for the input.

I looked at the feycraft template, but the 1H weapon is only treated as light for the weapon finesse feat. I need it as light so I can wield to identical weapons and so that my shield of blades (PHB2 alternative swashbuckler) works.
It was however nice to see a way to "finesse" any 1H weapon. And a way to give the weapon finesse feat for "free" (as in feat wise, not money wise) with light weapons.

I fear that kukri and the Gehenna lancet is the only light 18-20 weapons that doesn't cost a feat, 1 lvl dip or an arm.  :tongue
