The handbook is well underway. I'll color-code them by how good the investment/reward is as well later.

Probably not as good as a ghost level, but the Grim psion is not half bad for a one or two level dip.  No progression at level 1, but makes you undead.  Downside it only grants you d6 hit dice.  Level two grants +1 psi progression, +2 Cha, and a DR of 2/-.  The Dread Champion is the Psi warrior equivalent with a +2 Str bonus instead of Cha.
