Best two combinations for Pathfinder Bloodlines?
« on: April 22, 2012, 01:54:37 AM »
Me and a friend are rolling up two sorcerer together. We are both the types who love to do as much damage as fast as possible.
What two bloodlines would work well together? Or Help us do more damage and faster?

We are thinking Abyssal and Celestial for the immunities and such.

The Pathfinder Guide to Sorcerers notes that Arcane is the best all around bloodline.

Celestial is meh, and Abyssal only good if you want to be a Malconvoker.

Draconic bloodline does what you want, if all you're looking for is increased numbers on those damage spells. +1 damage per die rolled is pretty nifty.

Yeah I read that up, the Abyssal is great because we will be level 20 so, but I was wondering if any had specific synergy with other bloodlines that we could use together.

Personally I feel that if you wanted t abuse Malconvoker light, (Master) Summoner is the better choice, but whatever. Note there is a trait to boost evil summons HP.

Sage and Empyreal    change your casting stat (to int or wisdom), but they are best used for multiclassing.

If you want to do blasting, consider a Crossblooded sorcerer with the Primal and Draconic bloodlines. +2 damage/die makes for some solid spells. Also take the Wayang Spellhunter and Magical Lineage traits for some cheap metamagic on your blast of choice.

For general purposes, Arcane is probably the best. Serpentine is interesting for an enchanter type sorcerer.
