This oozes flavor. I congratulate you!
+1 for PowerBARD!

 :cheers

I finished the arpeggios.  Question: should the debuffs allow a save?  None of the debuffs are particularly powerful, even at will.

Andante needs a save. No save, just nauseated-that-ignores-immunity-to-nausea, even for 1 round, is pretty nasty, especially in a game that assumes you outnumber your enemies.

Lento and Marcia need units (feet) for their move speed modifiers.
Grave, Presto Con Fuoco, Largo, and Moderato should be buffed. At will or not, they still need to be worth both the action cost and the effort to remember. Lento and Marcia could probably use a bit more of an effect, too.

Not quite as bad as nauseated, you can take multiple move actions (just not standard actions).  But yes I agree it needs a save.

Yeah, would it be better as +Cha?  Or is that TOO powerful for at will?  I could just do something like CL/2 (max +5).

Edited the arpeggios, and added 6 genres (2 each for rhythm, harmony, melody).  I'll be adding more; what's a good target number for how many genres to have at each grade?

Two new genres (more to come today) and an explosion of feats.

I'd cal them Metachord feats instead of Power feats, so as to not confuse them with psionics. Other than that, awesomative.

I had originally intended to call them Chord feats, and then when I was writing them I forgot that and called them Power feats instead.  It has now been fixed to Chord.

Added complete writeups of the current rhythm chords.  I'd love critiques of these, if you'd all be so kind...

Rainy Day Sun should affect fog effects, too. If it already does, it should be clarified. Otherwise, there just aren't that many kinds of bad weather to worry about, making it too situational for a 1st level chord.

Remember the Trashcan should have a duration of "1 minute or until discharged".

The Reaper should have a duration of "See text". I'd also recommend giving it a fixed duration of 1 minute, just for simplicity. The duration of unconsciousness also needs to be specified. The save should probably be for disbelief, and the chord should be a mind-affecting illusion (phantasm), since the fluff seems to indicate an illusory assault.

Inside the Winter Storm could probably use a slight buff, just compared to Presto Con Fuoco, which adds ~1.5 less damage but also gives energy resistance 3 and is usable at will.

Edit: Might want to give The Power of Rock Compels You a secondary effect. Nothing major, just enough to make it not be a highly situational thing at low levels.

Fastest Fingers in the West still refers to "power" feats.

I'd recommend against using so many specifically-Charisma-based effects in the power chords. I could totally see an Int-based chord-caster (say, a Remixer?) who would otherwise be a sad panda.

Double edit: While I'm here, how about poking some of the good video game music that's around if you run out of ideas. I know Iji and Ikaruga both have good music and actual track names.

Will read the other stuff later, just read through the ability descriptions for now.

What sort of action is a Minor Arpeggio? I know the default is standard for a Su, but not everyone does.

I also dislike the name "Sensitive Ears." This is because "sensitive connotates both adept as well as susceptible to harm. That the ability bolsters your defense against sonic harm contradicts this. I would call it "Attuned Hearing," "Musician's Ear," or something along those lines that connotates improved  hearing but not a weakness to loud sounds.

I think including the line, "All Minor arpeggios have a  save DC of X (which I know you did) and allow a Will Save to negate the effect, though many are harmless so no save is required." That way you don't need to say which needs a save or not. Andante definitely needs a save, so that covers it.
A smile from ear to ear
3.5 is disappointingly flawed.

Fixed all these.  Will address Garryl's suggestions soon.

A possible video game-based genre for Iji:

Iji (Harmony)
4 Welcome to the Party, Pal - Subject is teleported to a space adjacent to you and stunned for 1 round on a failed Will save.
5 Glass Soldier - Subject loses all DR and Hardness, must make a Fort save or die if damaged by a confirmed critical hit.
6 Make Up Your Mind - As Dominate Person, or perhaps Confusion (either work for the level, might need a little more if it's at 6th).

Edit: Changed to harmony (or whatever the level 4-6 one is, which I'd originally intended).

As I go through, I'm editing those out.  At the moment the only one that'll have an effect based on Cha is Remember the Trashcan, unless I change my mind while I'm writing out the details ;)

Black Fire says +4d4 damage in text and +3d4 in table. Inside the Winter Storm is similarly +2d6 in text and +1d6 in table. I don't think the summary tables have changed at all with this last update.

I've added a few more genres (including Iji), so now we have 4 of each grade.  I'm working on full descriptions.  Also added yet another feat.

A genre based on the Chrono Cross soundtrack would be great. Best damn music in a game I have ever had the pleasure of listening to. Here, take a listen:

This is why Mitsuda is a genius.

And this, a personal favorite:

The sheer number of CC songs that were a remix of that is astounding.

Chrono Trigger also makes for awesome piano pieces.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSgst7Pq7w4

If I were to describe the music in those games, it would be every definition of fantastic.  Naming a genre after it...  I'm not coming up with anything.
