Mechanus gear (Planar Handbook, p69) has a +10 armor bonus and costs 1,750 gp.  Thaalud stone armor (Anaurach: The Empire of Shade, p108) has a +12 armor bonus and costs 2,800 gp.  Both of these are base armors that can be made masterwork and magical as normal.

If you want to utilize willing deformity, deformity (madness) (Elder Evils, p13) makes you immune to all mind-affecting effects.

It looks like you should have 3 feats, not counting willing deformity.  You only list combat expertise.

Kain from Final Fantasy IV jumped around in heavy armor.  If you're dead-set on full plate/Mechanus plate, try making it Mithral and giving it the Halfweight property (Underdark) to make it count as light armor.

Having played a Hood after writing the guide on it, I found it extremely effective.  It's the most effective melee concept (and build) that I've ever found for 3.5!

It's a trap!

Healing is cheap and easy. Even at 1 Rank and a Masterwork Tool (50gp) you have 4:1 odds to use a Wand of Vigor or lock it for the day or about 44HP healed per Wand and any sort of UMD boosts increases your chances of using it more before it locks you out.

And if you *really* need to get into considering in combat healing, if Tomb-Tainted or Necropoliton, Lords of Darkness offers a (HD)d6 Negative Energy Ray for like 500gp, but costs you 2 Wisdom Damage per use. Just use a Wand of Restoration after battle or something.

Then of course, later on just Shiver up some Fast Healing. Your soul can take a bit of damage before it vanishes right?  :devil

Can't fly in heavy armor...You'd want a Mithril Breastplate and later upgrade to a halfweight Mithril [Heavy Armor] like Endarire suggests.  Always want your armor to count as light since flying literally opens up a new dimension of gameplay that too many melee characters lack.

I'd look into Tiger Claw maneuvers, including some of the jumping ones. You get a nice bonus on Jump checks with your wings and they fit very nice thematically with Raptorian (I think one of the maneuvers is literally Soaring Raptor something). Pick up Battle Jump feat if FR material is available to get the maneuvers to count as charges if your jump check is good enough, along with the Leading the Charge stance and any feats that trigger/boost charging. The "Hood" build maximizes this, but even a few of the associated feats can make a more viable character.

As for levels, mostly Warblade. At least 14/20 should be Warblade for 9th level maneuvers. Up to two Fighter levels for feats (not worth it after that) and up to 1 Barbarian level for Lion Totem Barbarian for pounce.

Then just adjust for taste. ^_^
Hmm.

You're right, it's based on load and not armor. But, why wouldn't you want to use Light Armor? You get a penalty to your Speed for wearing Medium or larger armor.

Also good pick on Alignment. :)

I am also planing on getting mithril heavy armor as soon as I have the money.

But half weight is forgotten relms as fare as i can find, and we aint allowed to use it.

But still need to find out what kind of feat I should take.

So fare I was plaing on taking
Power Attack, for PrC, deepstone sentinal
Combat expertice, for more AC
Hidden Talante- as part of a chain to get armor AC to touch AC

And future plans were
Improved Combat expertice, for more AC, I plan on being the wall so that I can stand i the way of the enemy, chance are we will do alot of indore fighting for medium creatures
Heavy Armor optimacion, + 1 AC, and needed for the next one
Deflectiv Armor, Grant Armor AC to touch AC

And Sheild Speciliaction to get
Sheild ward, Sheild AC tp touch AC

And I am ofcause planing on getting animated shield so that I can use a two handed weapon

The PrC I am wanting to get is Deepstone sentinal (Is allowed by the DM)

but any idea, on if this is good, okay or terible.

And what items to get, pref thing that make me harder to hit, AC and the likes, dmg is 2nd to being a wall

Ah you're right.  My mistake. Was posting from memory while I was on break.
