I noticed that you didn't include a reference to "Up the Walls" as a feat for a 1 level Psion dip. There is almost nothing more broken for a rogue to have. It might take a while to get psionically focused, but when you are, the whole concept of dungeon, city and encounter design just got a whole lot harder on the DM. It specifically states that you can tumble up walls in the feat description for gods sake. I'm assuming you can probably move silenty as well. Add in Expeditious Retreat from another dip (celerity cleric?) and things just get silly. Tumble 35' up walls for a minute (or seven with race/feat boosting, see below)? Yes please. This is an extreme example (two 1 level dips for the feat and the spell) but it serves to show how silly-good the feat is. The powers/points are just icing compared to the feat.
Two levels of bard is a nice skillmonkey dip for the Improvisation spell. It's small fry at CL 2, but it gets quite good in a minmaxed build. An Uurkrau Illumian Rogue(x)/Bard(2) with Practiced Spellcaster (Complete Divine) in Bard can become stupidly good at everything. If rogue had a class power that said "Once per day, for 8 turns, you can add up to +4 to any skill, stat check or attack roll, up to a maximum of +16 used in those 8 rounds. You also get some poncy music stuff and a couple less skill points.", you'd think it was a great use of two levels. Extreme CL boosted example, but it serves to show the "goodness" of the dip.
Hell, turn the character into a wand monkey if you want, although it's not really a dip by that stage (unless you dip from a different wand monkey build). Sure CL8 lvl1 wands are pricey, but skillmonkey sticks that are that versatile are worth the 6k or so, to you or anyone with UMD. Regardless, Improvisation is an amazing spell for a 2 level dip if you can boost its caster level. Good for anyone doing anything.
