Mustave looks for a group of guys in a 10'-radius circle that he can get without hitting any allies. If he can, he casts Glitterdust to blind them (DC 14). If not, he produces a scroll of Grease and hits a 10x10 foot square, trying to capture the most heavily armored guy(s) that won't affect any allies (DC 11 from a scroll?).

I think it's 10 ft. Unless it's really weird because of fine spider. I'll dig around in the srd to try and find something.

Srd says reach weapons double my natural reach. Of 0 ft.
And eldritch glaive has range of "as a reach weapon".
I guess I get to smack them if they move through my square.
