Ooh, you're right, I do likey!

Sure thing.  I'll do them in batches of 5 or 6 at a time.  Here's the first.

+3 Cheeseburger: So only the target can see the burger?  And the duration doesn't make much sense, considering that it doesn't line up with the duration of the effects in the description.  A suggestion for changing the spell would be to have it create the burger, and anyone who sees it feels the compulsion to eat it, and must will save against the compulsion.  If two or more see it, then they will both do what they can to get it, within what their personality would be normal, whether fighting, bartering, stealing, or what have you.  The burger remains until eaten or the duration expires.  Also, what classes can cast it?  It's level 4, but no classes are mentioned.

A Cat's Revenge: Very kitteh magiks!  Good spell.

Aggressive Cat is Aggressive: All I'd want to add is if you don't already have claws, you grow some.  For a medium creature, it would be d3 damage.  If you do have claws, they grow bigger, dealing damage as if you were one size bigger.

Basement Cat: Very cool and thematic.  I like!

Big Kitty: Ooh, very nice 9th level spell, with it having a swift casting time.

Cat Gravity: Another spell that needs to say what spell lists it's on.  Since it's a self only buff, there should not be a saving throw line.  Adding your CL to grapple checks is nice, but since it's only good for offensive checks, it's definitely not worth 7th level.  I would put it at 4th level, or maybe 3rd.  Also, I initially thought that the spell would not function until after the cat had pinned someone, because while the first sentence is obviously flavour text, the second is not obvious.  A little rewording would probably fix that.

Looks good!  Just one little thing to fix on +3 Cheeseburger, the target shouldn't be 1 creature anymore.  Maybe "Empty space at least large enough for a delicious cheeseburger"?

Ceiling Cat: Shouldn't the teleport be ceiling to ceiling?  I'd also suggest adding attic to viable teleport locations, too.

Dander Blast: Take a look at Boreal Wind from Frostburn, p. 89.  It's a 5th level spell that might work better for basing yours on, just replace the cold damage with the dander effect.  And if you'd rather keep it as a 60' cone, then lower your spell to 4th, but at the very least you should add Boreal Wind's ability to reposition the area each round.

Dander Explosion: The range doesn't make sense if the area has to be centred on you.  Allow it to be centred anywhere in range, and on a successful save, creatures are nauseated and fatigued for the 5d10 rounds instead.  Then change the saving throw line to "Fortitude partial; see text".

Dander Tornado: Little typo on range, should be + instead of =.  Do the same changes as Dander Explosion for save and effects.

Defensive Cat is Defensive: All I could suggest is increasing the speed boost to 30'.  Looks good otherwise.

Do Not Want: Change the radius of when creatures have to make a will save to equal the radius of the spell, and the range from personal to 20'.  And you could probably lower it to a 4th level spell.

No prob.  I'll keep my eye out for more!

Since you didn't buff up the effects on a successful save against Dander Explosion and Dander Tornado, those could probably be lowered by 1 level each.

Four LOLCats of the Apocalypse (aka BOOM!): Good pure nukage spell for 9th level.  I like!

Gimme a Break Here: Looks okay to me.

Happycat: Great distraction spell!

Hover Cat: Interesting.  I'm sure there are some good uses for this one...

I Has a Flavour: Very funny spell for 1st level!  Only recommendation is to add "; see text" to the saving throw line, since the save isn't for you.

I See What You Did There: Given that it's 6th level, I'd suggest removing the components from casting it.  If you wanted to leave those in, you could probably lower it to 4th lv instead.

But i did change the effects on the dander spells  :???

other modified.  I left a verbal component on ISWYDT because every spell has at least one.

I think I have another idea for one of your curse suggestions:

FLowers for Algernon: Int boost with the caveat that you must save or lose int daily, eventually becoming a yellow musk zombie.

sound good?

Sorry, been a busy week.

But i did change the effects on the dander spells  :???

You did?   I still see sickened 1 round and fatigued 2d4 rounds for both, instead of the 5d10 rounds I was suggesting.

other modified.  I left a verbal component on ISWYDT because every spell has at least one.

Nope, not every spell.  I know Glorious Master of the Elements, from Dragon Magic pg. 67 has "none" for components.

I think I have another idea for one of your curse suggestions:

FLowers for Algernon: Int boost with the caveat that you must save or lose int daily, eventually becoming a yellow musk zombie.

sound good?

Ooh, int damage that can't be healed until the curse is removed?  Very evil!  And very good idea!

It Was the Dog: Funny!  I think it looks fine.

Longcat: Needs caster classes assigned.  Other than that, it looks like a useful spell!

Nappy Times: Should probably be a mind-afffecting spell.  But, to offset that, I'd also suggest that anyone who isn't immune to sleep gets no save.

Nom Nom Nom: Another one that needs classes listed.  Very nice curse!

Pew Pew Pew: You could either set the damage bonus of each ray to up to +15, or change them to 1d6/2 lvs (max 10d6 each).

Serious Cat: I'd suggest also negating all morale bonuses to the emotions list.

Huh, I thought I posted a reply last Thursday ... wonder what happened to it?  Well, I'll give it another go!

Flowers for Algernon: Only change I'd suggest is mentioning that the drain cannot be removed until the curse is lifted.  It looks excellent otherwise!

Summon Feline & Cat Swarm spells: I am not that well versed in gauging what creatures are balanced for summon spells, but I would guess that you're probably fairly good with what you have.

The Death Purr: I'd suggest allowing you to move the area each round, maybe 30'?  Otherwise, anyone who makes their first save can just leave and not worry about subsequent saves.

This is Unacceptable: A 9th level spell should probably cap at 25th CL, so set the max damage to 50d6.

Velcro Cat: A nice spell!  Doesn't need any changes.

War Kitteh: Looks very good other than the SR, which looks low.

You Has a Flavour Too: Maybe add that the creature prefers to make bite attacks over any other option against the target?

You Make Kitty Scared: Very nice spell!  This is one I could definitely see being used against a horde of big baddies!

Detect Munchies: Heh, silly spell, but very nice implementation.

Death From Overcuteness!: Seems a bit weak for a 9th level, considering it's both mind-affecting and death, which makes immunity very easy to come by.  Other than that, it looks like a fun spell!

I'll get to the new stuff on page 2 next time.

Witch Doctor is done except for the EPic Levels and CUrse Feats if anyone is curious.

Make sure to peek at the epic kitty spells on page 1 Kethrian, I'm hoping they're worth a giggle or two.I thin k you'll like Pwnd.

Yeah, I looked over the epic stuff, some really cool (and silly) ideas in there!  I just have no experience with epic rules yet, unfortunately, so I won't even try to review them.

Cat Scratch Fevah: Is the duration for how long the claws can inflict the penalties, or the duration of the penalties, or both?  That needs to be clarified, otherwise it's a nice spell.

Catsplosion: "Suddenly cats, hundreds of them!"

Foof Ninja: Pretty good buff, in the right situations.  I like that it's opponents only, so the party can't twink out a huge warrior and a tiny caster and always get a good buff that way.

Greater Jagged Tooth: I think it would be fine as a 5th level spell, 4th for rangers, since they can't cast spells of higher levels.

Pussywillow: Plant type is very nice for immunities, so this is a good transformation spell!

Slice and Dice: Make the same level change as GJT, I think.

FInally finished up the monsters for Pardon Me is That a Slug in Your Mouth and Mean Girls.  Also added some spells on page 2 of kitty magic thread.  I'm pretty sure Power nap is prolly abusable.

Also I am beginning the Muscle Wizard, which will have several spells, all called FIST!
