Da Vice: You could get very nasty very easily with this spell (stop breathing!), but by 7th level, stunning is easy enough to gain immunity to. Looks fine as is, though if you wanted to tone down the potential abusiveness of it, you could probably lower it to 6th or even 5th level.
Disturb Pregnancy: I would limit it to just one choice from the list, as a 4th level spell. Make a greater version that's level 6 or 7 to allow multiple, maybe? And as for returning the child to human, I would suggest changing it to "(i.e. if deformed they become normal or if its race/gender is altered they return to normal)", just in case they weren't actually human to begin with.
Fetish Monkey: A nasty spell, but it looks right for its level.
Love Spell: Maybe instead of suicide for good characters, it should be a deep depression where they take a -4 penalty on all rolls, and a 25% chance they don't even act. A good character would still care enough about others they would not want to inflict suffering due to their own death on their loved ones. Neutrals should be the ones to commit suicide, as they are more self-centred.
Master of Your Domain: As written, this spell would cause most characters to heavily violate their alignments, so I would strongly suggest upping the spell's level. Maybe 7th or so. Also, since it's a compulsion, you should also mark it as Mind-Affecting.
Matrimonial Horror: It looks like there should be an exception written in, where if the target of the spell isn't actually strongly desired by the one named, the spell automatically fails.
