Kitties be Broken.
« on: June 10, 2012, 04:35:41 PM »
Tibbits get the ability to use Polymorph on themselves as a Full-Round action 1/hour. The one main difference is that it does not replace your ability scores and speed, instead giving you bonuses or penalties...

Add Master Transmogrophist to that; laugh, really hard.

Any ideas for good creatures to add to super-kitty?

I'm not sure what PrC you speak of, but it appears to see it's shadow?

Master Transmogrophist: a Wizard PrC that gets 6/10ths casting that gives awesome buffs to Polymorph.

Sadly, Shapechange is better than the PrC, but still...

The ability to Polymorph with bennies (like adding Su abilities from other creatures) is win, especially when it is based off of your stats; instead of your ability scores adjusting for being tiny, you instead get a -8 to Str.

Throw on a scroll of Giant Size... and you are an insanely strong Tiny creature with, I don't know, Choker's Quickness.

I was making a failed funny on puns (omitting the r).

Master Transmogrifist, no g(r)ophers or "g(r)ophists" in it. ;)

Oh; I've never been exactly sure how to spell the class name, so thanks.

Any ideas on the combo?

According to my copy of the dragon compendium tibbits have an ability that is similar to polymorph but isn't the actual spell, so i don't think your trick would actually work.
Please, call me Count :).

Similar wording allows us to use stuff that modifies Summon Monster spells on the Summon Elemental reserve feat.

Are there any early entries into Mas Trans ?

There was a Mas Trans guide back on old C.O.
like circa 2004.  It should still be around somewhere.
EDIT --- found the more recent one
http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75882/19867498/THIS_IS_A_THREAD_THAT_WILL_BECOME_A_HANDBOOK

Chiseling the various polymorph lists for this
completely different usage = lots of gruntwork.
More mileage from Assume Supernatural feat
because you aren't worried so much about
the form you take the (su) ability from.
