I allow most homebrew if I've heard of the person who made it.  If I haven't, there's still a good chance I'll allow it as long as it follows most of the Commandments
Unfortunately, the groups I play with use PHB classes almost exclusively  :banghead

thank you. having read over that, i note that there are serious errors in the rule number one linked list of official materials. other than that, it seems to be a pretty decent set of ideas.
