So, I've been going to the gym pretty steadily for the last 18-19 months. I've gotten into the habit of taking progress photos of myself in the one-man changing room at my gym, since it's a full-length mirror. Most of these are shirtless or in a workout shirt, and not really meant for public sharing, but I've also been trying to get a few in my day-clothes to show to friends and family:
I'm pretty proud of my accomplishments, I've established myself as one of the bigger and stronger guys at the gym, and have been more social with the other serious lifters in the last few weeks. It's kinda weird, I've also been getting those 'looks' from the regular folks, the "whoah, look at the big dude" type looks. It's a bit of a boost to my ego.
