On the bus to my car after class, I heard this exchange from behind me. It's a bit muddled, because sometimes they talked a bit too softly for the laughing heard in my head....and chuckles from my neighbor.
"....but Jessica said snakes don't breath!"
who is probably Jessica: "They're cold blooded! I thought that meant that they were like, underwater things."
muddled voices
"Do dolphins breath?"
Jessica: "Dolphins have gills."
muddled voices
Jessica again: "they use the blowhole to pee or something."
This was right before my stop, so unfortunately I could not hear any more enlightening nature facts.
Oh, and Jessica (and friends) are university students. Not 3 year olds.
