I'm looking for magic items that boost class features, either by giving bigger numbers or changing how the ability works.

I don't think so, but if all of 3.5 is allowed, this should be a huge step towards everything you need.

Even if I knew (and I did) about the handbook you linked, I still would have to make this thread to find any PF stuff.

I can't help you find anything Pathfinder because I've never used or read the system, so I don't know a thing about what advice is good or not.
