Are these the correct stats for Magic-Blooded?

That's pretty much correct. When it says "low-light vision" though, what I read from the Crystal Keep document is that any special vision becomes low-light. So if the base race had only normal vision, you get an upgrade. However, if you had darkvision, it gets downgraded to low-light vision. However, that's just one source for this, and it sounds more likely that the intent was to grant low-light vision rather than outright replace other vision abilities with it.

By the way, your sheet lists both a vest of resistance and a cloak of resistance. Is that supposed to be a Cloak of Charisma? Otherwise, obviously the two resistance items don't stack.

Those are the correct stats for Magic-Blooded, however Nystul's Undetectable Aura is not in 3.5 because its effect was folded into Magic Aura.  So for 3.5 it's really just Detect Magic, Magic Aura, and Read Magic 1/day each for a Magic-blooded creature.

Given the fact that I have a plus two bonus to my Charisma, yes it's supposed to be a Cloak of Charisma.  :p  I'll fix it now.

Alright, I'm a Magic-Blooded Primordial Giant Lesser Half-Giant.  Almost finished.   :D

Edit: I'm having issues coming up with good feats for my Earth Elemental companion.  I'm thinking about Weapon Focus and Improved Natural Attack, there have to be better options out there...

Well, what do you see it doing in combat? Just sort of tanking and hitting fools? If it's not going to end up gaining access to your formulae, maybe one or more of the mage slayer line? It really depends on the answer to that first question.

Yep, basically tanking and keeping shit off of/ away from me for the most part.  It gets a racial that's basically a free knockback feat to help with that.

I hear it's amazing when the famous purple stuffed worm in flap-jaw space with the tuning fork does a raw blink on Hara-Kiri rock! I need scissors! 61!

The template is called "primordial giant."  Thus it's a magic-blooded primordial giant lesser half-giant.

The template only requires the giant type, which a half-giant qualifies as.  Or are you trying to be funny?  :p

Heh, so I take it the Primordial giant is not a giant subrace such as Frost Giant and Fire Giant?

Found it.

I see now, the character isn't a Primordial Giant Half-Gaint, the character is a Primordial Half-Giant. :teach

Eh, it always gets referenced as Primordial Giant because that's what the template heading is.   :p

What breath weapon feats are really worth it?  I can give my Elemental Companion a breath weapon with a recharge time and I'm trying to decide if that is a good way to go.

Martial Study: Mountain Inhale  :D
That's a boost from Oslecamo's Breath of Fire disicpline that lets you recover your breath weapon 3 rounds quicker.

Other than that, Entangling Exhalation is great.

I'll second those options, though you'll only get to use mountain inhale once since Martial study doesn't give you a recovery mechanic. Or am I mistaken?

If you go for any of the others like clinging breath, empowering breath, etc, the recover breath feat can help offset the wait time increase, though not by much.
