Quick Question about Sorcerers and Dweomerkeepers
« on: July 11, 2012, 08:01:36 PM »
If you use the Domain Access Sorcerer ACF to get the Magic domain and use Alternate Source Spell, does that qualify you for Dweomerkeeper?

Alternative Source Spell requires arcane and divine preparation. I think you mean Southern Magician?

Onto the question: I don't think so, as, while you do have the power and the spells, the way it's worded, I do not believe you actually have the domain itself.

My mistake, Southern Magician it is.

The ACF in question grants you the domain, along with its associated power and domain spells. It seems to work for me, but I want a second opinion.

If you reread the entry, it specifically says you gain the power, and the spells, but it does not say that you specifically gain the domain. It's just like getting Catalogs of Enlightenment and Arcane Disciple. You have most of the effects of having the domain, but not the domain itself.
