I read about this a while ago. The part that got me was that the staff at at least one store thought it was legit.

Have you seen the video of the largest explosion in human history?  It was a jet fuel plant in Nevada.  It's the only building in view.  The camera is on a hillside.  Miles away.  It takes about 12 seconds for the shockwave to get to the camera.  10 miles from Vegas.  They built the thing out there because it could explode, and when it did, damage was reduced significantly.  Still damage in Vegas, but nothing really bad.  This plant was more dangerous than any fertilizer plant, but still, I'd expect at least two miles outside of anything.

Not to be obtuse but wouldn't the Tsar Bomba the Soviet Union used in a test be the biggest explosion in human history?

Did you know that the 2 main reasons the US has the highest imprisoned-free population ratios are:

1. for-profit private prisons (what this scumbag was involved in)

and

2. marijuana-related arrests

Eliminate these 2 things, and that number would be cut drastically.  Both put a huge number of innocent and productive members of society behind bars.  Did you know that in many Southern states, smoking marijuana can be punished by up to 20 years imprisonment?  Grand theft auto and sexual assault both have lighter sentences than this!  That's fucked up!
