Giving birth is not feticide, no matter how traumatic.
A live baby (as the prosecution alleges) is not a fetus.
They've already proven themselves to be liars about the drugs in her system.

This case ought to be appealed.
Chances are, even on appeal, they'll still be able to convict her on some parts of it.
