So, it seems the newest patch from Bethesda glitched the Sanguine Rose. If you have the Rose and a shield equipped, and perform a bash, you summon a Dremora without using a charge from the Rose.

For those who play Super Smash Brothers Brawl, would you agree this is sandbag rape?

Just a quick word of advice for those who still enjoy the franchise: Avoid DBZ Ultimate Tenkaichi. It's two steps down from Raging Blast 2 and Budokai Tenchaichi 3. Not worth the money.

Has anyone played Kingdoms of Amalur yet? Opinions?
I'm what's staring back from the abyss.
How come you guys never wave?

Please send me a PM if you give me kudos. I'm interested in what I'm doing right.

I've heard Amalur has a great combat system by some (though others bemoan its use of quicktime events) and I've heard that the story and characters are generic and the enemies unvaried. Everyone loves the high customization: you can make your own items and name them, and you can reallocate skills around at certain junctions (so you could be a roguish mage for one adventure and a gish for the next).

I definitely want to play it when the price is more affordable... Maybe I will rent it and buy a new copy if it is good...
A smile from ear to ear
3.5 is disappointingly flawed.

Tried Amalur for both PS3 (demo) and PC (with a friend), and I have to say that a controller makes a huge difference, due to the fast paced combat (I can't get a goddamn roll right with a keyboard). Maybe if I get a controller for the PC...

Otherwise, I will burn some bucks on the PS3 version... even if it costs me 5 active abilities...

You know you can use your PS3 controller on your PC with the right drivers, don't ya?

Yeah, but I don't think the PS3 controller will work normally on the PC, with the PS3 right by his side... at least, it didn't when a friend was testing the bluetooth driver to use said controller while my PS3 was on...

You would need to plug it into the PC with a USB to Micro USB cable (Like the ones you normally use to charge a PS3 controller with.

I bought it at launch and now regret it immensely, it is a passable game but it feels unpolished compared to WoW in a lot of small ways (Looking for group system, markets, cooldowns)

From what i've been reading they are slowly adding in stuff and they have a gaint patch coming out soon http://www.swtor.com/media/trailers/coming-game-update-1.2  I didn't play from the start WoW,so I'm guessing that the stuff that isn't currently in TOR wasn't in WoW at the start eithere, but it is odd that it wasn't there to begin with

if you STILL own a SNES this will make you happy: http://gamerant.com/new-super-nintendo-game-nightmare-busters-2013-ts-136180/

This is cool. Some of my favorite games are on the SNES:

Final Fantasy 6 (3 here in the states)
Doom
Maximum Carnage
Rock and Roll Racing
Secret of Mana
Super Mario RPG
Super Mario World (the good ole days before the Mario franchise started to suck lol)

and a bunch of others. My wife and I are classic gamers, and we will be buying this to add to our collection. By the way, does anyone know where I can find a 3DO system? None of the shops around here have any.
The gods have a full band now. Dimbag Darrell(guitarist), Oderus Urungus (guitarist/vocalist),The Rev(drummer), Ronnie James Dio(vocalist) and Paul Gray (bassist). R.I.P.

SNES games?  Here's some of my faves:

Earthbound
Final Fantasy 6 (also!)
Rock 'n' Roll Racing (again, also!)
Breath of Fire 2
Contra 3
Lufia 1 & 2
Shadowrun
Super Bomberman (any of them)
Super Metroid
Tetris Attack
U.N. Squadron
What do I win?
An awesome-five for mentioning Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick Precipice of Darkness.

You would need to plug it into the PC with a USB to Micro USB cable (Like the ones you normally use to charge a PS3 controller with.

You'd also need a microchip for your computer to read the controller's input commands properly.
