Any thoughts on Feat/spell selection?  Should I switch anything out?

No ideas here. Sorry.

Gah, so many neck slot items!  It's all between collar armor, a collar of holding, and a necklace of natural weapons at the moment.  Any ruling on how these might stack together?

I intend to do some collar attachments effectively allowing you more than 1 collar.  Example you might have a Collar of Holding with rhinestones of Armor ;)

One thought I had for the armor was a harness of some kind taking up the torso slot sort of like this:

Are levels in Cat Burglar a prerequiste for joining this team?

For instance, would oslecamo's Leonal be sufficiently kitteh ish to qualify?

How about his Rakshasa?

If not, I just found the Grimalkin for shapeshifting Kitteh goodness.

Mix that with a level or two of Cat Burglar and maybe a Prc and fun times may well occur.

Would the Grimalkin's change shape ability qualify as Kitty Form for the purpose of getting into a Prc?

What do you mean by "access"?  You probably won't be able to go there (why would you want to, honestly), but in a city full of powerful arcane spellcasters, there are an awful lot of people who know Forbidden Things That No One Should Ever Have To Know.

bhu is pretty much asking weather my prospective character will be able to fulfill this requirement:

Quote from: Cat From Saturn Prc
Must have traveled to the Far Realms and made peaceful contact with the inhabitants.

I don't need to go there during the game but I have to have been there at some point in my backstory.

I think those fluff requirements are mostly stupid anyway for creation. They might be relevant when you want to enter during the game but not when you start imo.

Ah, I see.  I'll allow qualification for the prc if you were present when a Far-Realms inhabitant was summoned up, and you had a nice chat.
