I'm making a character that will be able to (under favorable conditions) make dozens of thrown attacks, but I need to find a way to actually have that many weapons ready to draw. Some kind of knife belt or bandoleer or a magic item.
Magic is for weaklings.

Alucard: "*snif snif* Huh? Suddenly it reeks of hypocrisy in here. Oh, if it isn't the Catholic Church. And what's this? No little Timmy glued to your crotch. Progress!"

If you have Quick Draw (And you should in a throwing build) you can draw them as a free action anyway...

If you dont have Quick Draw shuriken are drawn as ammunition anyway and are good because of the way they are enchanted.

Err... I have Quick Draw. What I'm asking is where to put all the weapons so I can quickdraw them.

You'll probably want something like a Quiver of Ehlonna (DMG-205), customized for whatever it is you're throwing (and maybe in the shape of a bandoleer)

Two in each boots, four in your belt, two in the back of each glove...
Its a fluff thing anyway but if you are after bandoleers there is a pistol one somewhere in the Dragon Mag with all the guns.

And the 20+ that's left? As I said, he will make dozens of attacks.
Fluff or not fluff, lets be reasonable.

Do you also wear a wide-brimmed hat?

Cause those would be the gloves you need (or was it his bracers?)

In the MIC there is the Gauntlet of Infinite Blades, but it requires a swift action. Beg your DM to let it be free actions?

I'm the DM. I dislike homebrewing or houseruling to get myself an advantage.

There is no rule limiting the number of daggers (or whatever) you can have hanging off of you in sheaths/bandoleers. So go crazy. No houseruling required, as there are literally no rules covering this.

Reasonably, you can't make even a dozen attacks in 6 seconds, much less dozens.  Reasonable left the building the moment this build started.

You're pretty much at the "Quiver of Daggers" and MORE BELTS point to explain where all of them are coming from, though http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/Hammerspace is probably the easiest explanation as long as we're suspending disbelief for a bit anyway.  You could use Sizing and make them all Fine daggers that shift to Medium as they're thrown, but that's somewhat wasteful.

Real life world record on knife throwing is either 102 in 1 minute which is 10 or so a round or 10 in 4.29 seconds which is about 13 a round.

Ah, but you see, what a superhero can do is one thing and how physics work is another. Just because a legendary warrior can throw dozens of daggers doesn't mean he somehow can have infinite number of them stashed somewhere on his body.
But I guess I can just handwave it and say "He's just that good, so he has daggers strapped on everywhere".

Just make a custom magic item, based on Major Creation, that lets you draw out mundane daggers as if it were a sheath (Move action normally, Free action with Quick-draw).

Call it "Bracer of Jarlaxle, Minor" of I'll cry.

When the players beat him (assuming enemy), then just say it's worth 7,500gp or so. (the gauntlet mentioned above is ~6,000 IIRC)

Yes, I saw that. I also saw:
But I guess I can just handwave it and say "He's just that good, so he has daggers strapped on everywhere".

And just thought that, if it's and enemy, giving the players one piece of magical loot, vs. 2,000 pieces of non-magical loot, would be easier on everyone, for the same benefit.

There is something akin to Jarlaxle's bracer in the MIC, but I think they are nonmagical daggers or something.

How about a Belt of Many Pouches?  I have no idea how many daggers fit in 1 cubic foot, but it's 64 pouches, so that should give you some leeway.

I remember one Set item, the Gloves of Endless Javelins from the Array of the Manticore. It's almost exactly what you want, except it's javelins instead of daggers. Other than that, it does produce endless throwing weapons, and it's a free action to activate. It's on page 194 of MIC.

And IIRC they're all Force weapons. It's a really nice item.

How would you feel about building the character to be able to manifest telekinetic boomerang (Races of the Wild) or to have levels in bloodstorm blade (Tome of Battle)?
