I'm spoiled.  There are too many good Mexican places in Ohio to go to Taco Bell.  Some of them have made it to TV:

A couple of days, my five-year-old said she wanted Taco Bell for dinner, so we got it yesterday. This morning, we were discussing what to do for dinner tonight, and my two-year-old chimes in: "Taco Bell!"

Yay! I'm rubbing off on her.

omg taco bell is awful!!  :nonono

where do you live I shall google you a decent taqueria?
Actually, we have a really good Mexican restaurant near us, but it also is not a very fast place. So, when I'm looking for something fast to get on the way home from shopping, fast food wins out.

I love TB, but I don't consider it Mexican food, and don't even compare it to it.

My sister used to live in Houston,
so on visits I'd get some local BBQ
and Tex-Mex.  DE-LISH !!
I figured out later that the Mex part
was very very vanilla'd, but still
Cilantro and properly Refried Beans.
Yum.
BBQ is different.  I've had all sorts of weird
bbq experiments run on my taste buds,
belly and bowels.  Yes that came out right.
If this smiley had 2 or 3 phases ...  :puke

I feel like I did AWESOME on my calc test today.  I went in saying "if I can get a 70 on this, I would be happy".  The other two tests in that class?  I got a 40 or so on them.  A 70 would have been awesome, because it would mean I could get an A (she lets us do corrections for 50% points on things we got wrong).  A 70 would have meant I get a 90 on the test (it's out of 110%).  I feel like I got about a 94.  Yeah, that's right, I may have done well enough to have gotten a 102% on the test!!!!

Awesome LARP event today. I basically kicked so much ass my feet are going to smell like human intestine for weeks.

Still gotta learn to control my strength though... I accidentally knocked a guy on his ass when I lunged with my spear.  :P

I got the test back today, and I got the second highest score in the class!  a freaking 96!  This means I can actually get a B in the class!

Gogo stickjock power! How'd the spear hold up?

It held up okay, but apparently it wasn't soft enough. Between my not-knowing-how-to-hold-back and the construction, there were some bruises here and there...

You can try putting sponge on the edges and tape it over, then pierce holes through the tape, it allows it to collapse easier on the striking surface (we use it for our thrusting tips).

Also... my FIL decided as a graduation/xmas present to pay off our line of credit....  :blink

after a weeks vacation of not doin a damn thing, we went out friday and saturday night for some good times n bands.

friday night we went to a local bar and saw an old (not really old, just medium old) punk band, they were ok, the opening act was amazing.

the Kingons, japanses guys that looks like a the Ramones/Kiss/british Mod. didnt understand a thing they said, but dont care.

saturday we went to Korn/Rob Zombie. Mrs'persona got to touch rob. good shows.

its a shame we probably wont get a chance to see the kingons again...

Since I haven't noticed a holiday thread I'll just leave this here:

Merry Xmas, Happy belated hanukkah and solstice, happy holidays (whatever you celebrate) and happy new year (as generic salutation)!

Here's hoping folks are safe and happy, have a chance to enjoy their time with loved ones and /or  maybe more than a little seasonal "cheer".

Remember even if you family goes thermonuclear (like mine does) on Xmas, there are still folks holding out for ya.

Have a great holiday season everyone!

Bought a new power supply with my Christmas money, and my computer appears to be fixed
Unfortunately that means I don't get to upgrade my RAM or GPU, but whatever. At least it works now.
I'm not arguing, I'm explaining why I'm right.
