So today was windy as hell. Seriously, at one point I thought it might turn into a storm (skies were crystal clear though). It got so bad that at one point I had to kick a flying STOP sign in midair to keep it from hitting a bystander.

Why is this awesome? Lots of gals wearing skirts on my way to work today.  :D

I think it's mostly the clothes since they draw attention more to her thighs.  That's about the only criticism I'd have if I were to say one besides the fact that I have no idea who she's cosplaying, but that's more to do with my lack of knowledge regarding many characters.  She still has a pretty good hourglass figure though.
