Going off of OP's sheet;
You can add the archetypes "Ki Mystic" and "Monk of the Sacred Mountain" for a few bonuses.
You can also add a "Jingasa of the fortunate soldier"

Also, can you clarify how you did your point buy? doing that math I come up with a 29 point buy :/

If going monk, get Crane Style (and Crane Wing; surely "one melee per round hit auto deflects" is worth something) so fighting defensively gives +4 AC.  Stack it with Combat Expertise still, of course.

If getting the Jingasa, also be sure to take the Fate's Favored trait, which will increase all luck bonuses by +1.  The (Fighter-only) Defender of the Society trait gives you +1 trait bonus to AC, and might warrant a fighter dip.  However, it requires wearing medium (mithral breastplate still counts) or heavier armor, so it will not jive with monk AC bonus, Duelist AC bonus, etc... If you're trying to add stats to AC.

If you are trying to add stats to AC, the Osyluth Guile feat adds your Cha bonus to AC against one chosen foe each round.  You can dip Oracle for Sidestep Secret revelation to use Cha instead of dex to AC and w/ the feat get 2x Cha to AC.  Probably not worth it, but a thought.

So I'm currently playing a character with an absurd armor score, this isn't exactly the same. I want my in game character to have fun, be personable and so on, but this is what I could have minmaxed out.
Alright let's give this a shot.

Halfling
Fighter 10
Stalwart defender 10

AC from class levels and race: 5
ac from defensive stance : 2

Starting stats
STR:16
DEX:11
CON: 18
INT:10
WIS:7
CHA:9
I know this start is weird, but bear with me for a bit.

Items
+5 Manual of quickness of action 137,500 g
+5 Ring of protection 50,000 g
+5 Amulet of natuaral armor 50,000 g
+5 Defending Weapon (+6 total bonus) 72,310 g
+5 Mithiral Full Plate 35,800 g
+5 Heavy steel Shield 25,325 g
+6 belt of incredible dexterity 36,000 g
Sash of the war champion 4,000 g
Total for ac items 410,935 g you still have more that 460,000g to spend elsewhere.
ac from items 36

Stat line after items and level upgrades
STR:20
DEX:22
CON: 18
INT:10
WIS:7
CHA:10
AC from Dex: 6 (1 full plate, 3 armor training, 2 mithril)

skill that matter
acrobatics 20
Ac from Full defensive 6

feats that matter
dodge
shield focus
Greater shield focus
Combat exertise
AC from feats: 9

Total ac 10+7+36+6+6+9=74, I feel like there is more out there, but I can't think of it off the top of my head,

Is it safe to presume we're not interested in Leadership as each entrant will be able to take advantage of the feat in a similar fashion?  Or shall I make note of my 26 minions with benevolent armor that provide soft cover from all directions?
