Yeah... taking a feat to wear a bikini armor and paying 15 gp to wear a bikini armor are two totally different things. The first is just silly, but blacksmiths singing while making armor is much more reasonable.

Correction. First it costs you a feat (Exotic Armor Proficiency) AND it costs you the armor price x2 to wear bikini armor, or it costs you +150 to have it gloryborn. The latter is more cost effective.

Errrr... I'm getting confused.
I understand that you couldn't use Chainmail Bikini, because your GM wouldn't allow 3PP books. But in your earlier posts all you where saying was "By realism, I mean that a chainmail bikini should not have five time the amount of armor compared to padded" and "I said that a chainmail bikini shouldn't theoretically have 5 times the AC of padded armor because it's covering less". You also said "you're naked you get 0 armor, but if you were this bikini you're as protected as you would be with platemail. Just didn't make sense." Yeah, and paying 150 gp does?
